【摘要】：利用復(fù)配優(yōu)化技術(shù)研制了一種柴油儲(chǔ)存安定性添加劑,對(duì)其理化性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,并考察其對(duì)柴油安定性指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明:該添加劑的綜合性能優(yōu)于美軍同類添加劑產(chǎn)品;可抑制富含膠質(zhì)柴油的實(shí)際膠質(zhì)生成,且呈現(xiàn)柴油安定性越差,抑制作用越明顯的規(guī)律;可有效降低柴油中總不溶物含量,且總不溶物含量下降率與柴油質(zhì)量衰變的嚴(yán)重程度成正比;對(duì)酸度、色度沒(méi)有明顯影響。經(jīng)研究,確定將總不溶物含量作為柴油儲(chǔ)存壽命的表征指標(biāo),預(yù)計(jì)該添加劑可使柴油儲(chǔ)存壽命延長(zhǎng)1.6倍以上。
[Abstract]:A diesel oil storage stability additive was developed by using compound optimization technology. The physical and chemical properties of the additive were analyzed and the influence of the additive on diesel stability was investigated. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the additive is superior to that of the similar additive products of the US military, and the actual colloid formation of the rich colloidal diesel oil can be inhibited, and the worse the stability of diesel oil is, the more obvious the inhibition effect is. The content of total insoluble matter in diesel oil can be reduced effectively, and the decrease rate of total insoluble substance content is in direct proportion to the severity of diesel quality decay, but has no obvious effect on acidity and chroma. The total insoluble content was determined as the characterization index of diesel fuel storage life. It is estimated that the additive can prolong the storage life of diesel oil by more than 1.6 times.
