海上N氣田低孔滲氣藏探井測(cè)試解堵增產(chǎn)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:N氣田為我國(guó)近海某凹陷具有代表性的低孔滲氣田,此類氣田探井測(cè)試過(guò)程中采用鉆桿進(jìn)行測(cè)試。但由于N氣田主力儲(chǔ)層本身物性差、壓力系數(shù)不高,加之鉆完井過(guò)程中對(duì)儲(chǔ)層造成的傷害,常出現(xiàn)測(cè)錄井顯示好的層位測(cè)試效果差甚至測(cè)試無(wú)產(chǎn)出的情況,使得高成本的海上測(cè)試成功率低,導(dǎo)致有可能錯(cuò)過(guò)新氣藏的發(fā)現(xiàn)。本文以文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、機(jī)理分析、室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)、軟件模擬為主要研究手段,系統(tǒng)研究了N氣田探井測(cè)試效果差的原因及相應(yīng)的增產(chǎn)測(cè)試工藝,主要完成內(nèi)容及取得的成果和認(rèn)識(shí)如下: (1)通過(guò)調(diào)研現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資料及對(duì)取心井巖芯進(jìn)行巖性、物性分析,明確了其主力儲(chǔ)層G組儲(chǔ)層存在孔滲低,壓力系數(shù)不高、巖石膠結(jié)致密等特性,總體來(lái)講儲(chǔ)層物性偏差。 (2)通過(guò)室內(nèi)敏感性評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),明確了G組儲(chǔ)層的敏感性特征,即弱速敏、中等偏弱水敏、弱鹽敏、弱堿敏、中等偏強(qiáng)酸敏。通過(guò)入井工作液對(duì)儲(chǔ)層傷害的實(shí)驗(yàn)和機(jī)理研究,明確了水鎖傷害是造成儲(chǔ)層傷害及測(cè)試效果不佳的主因。 (3)基于N氣田主力儲(chǔ)層G組測(cè)試低產(chǎn)原因診斷結(jié)果,充分考慮儲(chǔ)層高溫、管柱條件及海上作業(yè)環(huán)境等條件限制,對(duì)工藝措施進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性分析后,設(shè)計(jì)出了一整套解堵增產(chǎn)測(cè)試工藝,其技術(shù)核心為地下自生酸酸化解堵技術(shù),主要研究成果包括優(yōu)選評(píng)價(jià)出了自生酸解堵液體系,利用軟件模擬了自生酸段塞在井筒內(nèi)混合情況,設(shè)計(jì)出了多級(jí)交替段塞注入的自生酸酸化解堵增產(chǎn)測(cè)試工藝。對(duì)該工藝在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了兩井層的應(yīng)用,增產(chǎn)效果顯著。 本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及成果為海上低孔滲N氣田探井增產(chǎn)測(cè)試及低孔滲氣藏的有效發(fā)現(xiàn)提供了強(qiáng)有力的理論支撐和技術(shù)保障,而且為類似海上低孔滲氣田增產(chǎn)測(cè)試提供了可借鑒的研究方法和技術(shù)思路,具有一定的推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:N gas field is a representative low porosity and permeability gas field in an offshore sag of China. Drilling pipe is used in the testing process of the exploration well in this kind of gas field. However, due to the poor physical property of the main reservoir in N gas field, the low pressure coefficient and the damage caused to the reservoir during drilling and completion, it is often found that the logging shows a good interval test effect and even the test is not productive. The low success rate of high-cost offshore tests makes it possible to miss the discovery of new gas reservoirs. Based on literature investigation, mechanism analysis, laboratory experiments and software simulation, this paper systematically studies the causes of poor testing effect of exploration wells in N gas field and the corresponding test techniques for increasing production. The main contents, achievements and understandings are as follows: (1) through investigation and investigation of field data and analysis of lithology and physical properties of core wells, it is clear that the main reservoir G reservoir has low porosity and permeability and low pressure coefficient. In general, the reservoir physical property deviates from the characteristics of rock cementation and compactness. (2) through the laboratory sensitivity evaluation experiments, the sensitivity characteristics of G group reservoirs are defined, namely, weak velocity sensitivity, moderate weak water sensitivity, weak salt sensitivity, weak alkali sensitivity, and so on. Moderate strong acid sensitivity. Through the experiment and mechanism study on reservoir damage caused by working fluid into well, it is clear that water lock damage is the main cause of reservoir damage and poor test effect. (3) based on the diagnosis result of low production cause of G group test of main reservoir in N gas field, Considering the limitation of reservoir high temperature, pipe string condition and offshore working environment and so on, after analyzing the adaptability of technological measures, a whole set of plugging and increasing production test technology has been designed, the core of which is the underground acid-acid plugging technology. The main research results include the optimal selection and evaluation of the autogenous acid plugging solution system, the simulation of the mixing of the autogenous acid slug in the wellbore by software, and the design of the test process for increasing the production of the plugging by injecting the autogenous acid into the multi-stage alternating slug. The process has been applied to two well layers in the field, and the effect of increasing production is remarkable. The research contents and results of this paper provide strong theoretical support and technical support for the exploration well production test and the effective discovery of low porosity and permeability gas reservoir in the offshore low porosity and permeability N gas field. It also provides the research method and technical train of thought for the stimulation test of similar offshore low porosity and permeability gas field, and it has certain popularization value.
