伊拉克GARRAF地區(qū)定向井軌跡控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:伊拉克GARRAF區(qū)塊地層變化復(fù)雜,在常規(guī)定向井作業(yè)當(dāng)中,經(jīng)常在頁(yè)巖層及儲(chǔ)層中遇到井壁縮徑、坍塌、壓差卡鉆等井下事故,在大斜度井的施工當(dāng)中作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更是成倍增加。同時(shí)作業(yè)方為降低作業(yè)成本,將20 口井分布在三個(gè)平臺(tái)上,叢式井的施工為防碰工作帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)。因此,井身軌跡控制和鉆井參數(shù)優(yōu)化的需求日益突出。本文針對(duì)伊拉克GARRAF地區(qū)特殊的地層情況,尤其是Tanuma地層由于脆性頁(yè)巖的分布,在劃眼和短起下作業(yè)中極易發(fā)生井壁坍塌導(dǎo)致卡鉆事故的情況。利用數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)對(duì)井眼軌跡和鉆具組合進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。根據(jù)鉆具組合趨勢(shì)模擬,對(duì)比不同地層的造斜率,優(yōu)化鉆具組合與優(yōu)化軌跡相結(jié)合,優(yōu)化鉆井參數(shù),解決井口間距小、防碰要求高、漏失地層造斜率低、穩(wěn)斜段長(zhǎng)等難點(diǎn),在兼顧井下安全技術(shù)的前提下,實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)合鉆進(jìn)的最大化與軌跡的精確控制。在滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工具能力要求的前提下,設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的軌跡具有最優(yōu)的井斜變化率和方位變化率、最短的井身長(zhǎng)度、最小的扭矩和摩阻力等特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累和軟件的科學(xué)建模分析,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)利用軌跡優(yōu)化來(lái)降低井下作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保障工具安全,提高機(jī)械鉆速,取得良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The formation change of GARRAF block in Iraq is complicated, and during the operation of regular direction well, the downhole accidents such as hole wall shrinkage, collapse, differential pressure jam and so on are often encountered in shale formation and reservoir, and the operating risk is increased exponentially in the construction of large inclined well. At the same time, in order to reduce the cost of operation, 20 wells are distributed on three platforms. The construction of cluster wells brings challenges to the anti-collision work. Therefore, the requirements of wellbore trajectory control and drilling parameters optimization are increasingly prominent. This paper aims at the special formation situation in GARRAF area of Iraq, especially for the distribution of brittle shale in Tanuma formation. The hole trajectory and drilling tool combination are optimized by numerical simulation technique. According to the simulation of drilling tool combination trend, comparing the slope rate of different formation, combining optimization of drilling tool combination with optimized track, optimizing drilling parameters, solving the difficulties such as small wellhead spacing, high requirement of anti-collision, low slope rate of lost formation, and long stable slope section, etc. Under the premise of taking into account the downhole safety technology, the maximization of the compound drilling and the accurate control of the trajectory are realized. On the premise of satisfying the requirements of field tool capability, the designed trajectory has the following characteristics: optimal well deviation rate and azimuth change rate, shortest well length, minimum torque and friction resistance, etc. Through the accumulation of field experience and the scientific modeling and analysis of software, the locus optimization is used to reduce the risk of downhole operation, to ensure the safety of tools, to improve the drilling speed of machinery, and to obtain good results.
