煉化裝置以可靠性為中心的維修實施策略與研究

【摘要】:以可靠性為中心的維修(RCM)在航空、軍事、民用等領域有廣泛應用,但在石化行業(yè)的應用存在較多的問題。以RCM理論在石化行業(yè)的應用為背景,研究RCM的具體實施過程,總結了RCM的實施流程圖和實施應注意的問題。針對設備零部件維修周期的確定,采用威布爾分布方法確定零部件的維修周期,建立維修周期調(diào)整策略。并以某氣閥的維修周期為例,確定其分布類型和分布參數(shù),建立其周期概率分布密度曲線,為該氣閥的可靠性分析和維修策略制定提供了統(tǒng)計學依據(jù)。最后綜合所有故障模式建立整個裝置的維修策略,形成動態(tài)維修策略包,為RCM理論在煉化裝置中的應用打下基礎。
[Abstract]:The reliability centered maintenance (RCM) is widely used in aviation, military, civil and other fields, but there are many problems in its application in petrochemical industry. Based on the application of RCM theory in petrochemical industry, the concrete implementation process of RCM is studied, and the implementation flow chart of RCM and the problems needing attention in implementation are summarized. According to the determination of maintenance cycle of equipment parts, the Weibull distribution method is used to determine the maintenance period of components, and the adjustment strategy of maintenance cycle is established. Taking the maintenance period of a certain valve as an example, the distribution type and distribution parameters are determined, and the periodic probability distribution density curve is established, which provides a statistical basis for the reliability analysis and maintenance strategy formulation of the valve. Finally, the maintenance strategy of the whole plant is established by synthesizing all the failure modes, and the dynamic maintenance strategy package is formed, which lays the foundation for the application of RCM theory in the refinery plant.
