高濃度CO合成氣制備技術(shù)及中試裝置開發(fā)

【摘要】:CO_2是主要溫室氣體,其大量排放導(dǎo)致全球氣候變暖,但同時也是一種重要的碳資源。我國工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化的快速推進(jìn)使得能源消耗日益上漲,如何使煤炭的高效清潔利用和減少CO_2排放已成為制約我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展重要因素。若能將煤清潔高效轉(zhuǎn)化與CO_2轉(zhuǎn)化利用有效結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)碳資源的高效利用及碳循環(huán),將具有非常重要的經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境意義。本論文在分析CO_2排放現(xiàn)狀與利用技術(shù)、煤氣化技術(shù)理論及發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)上,深入探討用CO_2部分替代或者完全替代水蒸氣作為氣化劑的氣流床粉煤加壓煤氣化理論,工藝技術(shù)以及工業(yè)應(yīng)用的可行性和實踐操作性;跉饬鞔卜勖杭訅簹饣夹g(shù),開展高濃度CO合成氣制備技術(shù)及其中試裝置的開發(fā)研究。對技術(shù)工藝進(jìn)行設(shè)計與計算,對各單元工藝進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,對主要設(shè)備進(jìn)行了設(shè)計及計算,同時對工藝控制及聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)也進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。氣化裝置設(shè)計投煤量10kg/h,設(shè)計溫度1500℃,設(shè)計壓力1.0MPa,完成了中試裝置的建設(shè),并對其運行作了預(yù)測。結(jié)合工藝、設(shè)備、控制方案的實用性及優(yōu)化的可能性進(jìn)行了評價和說明。該技術(shù)中試裝置的開發(fā)為后續(xù)的工業(yè)化推進(jìn)具有十分重要的推動作用。
[Abstract]:CO_2 is the main greenhouse gas, its emission causes global warming, but it is also an important carbon resource. With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China, the energy consumption is increasing day by day. How to make the coal use efficiently and cleanly and reduce the CO_2 emission has become an important factor restricting the development of our country's economy and society. It will be of great economic, social and environmental significance if we can effectively combine clean and high efficiency coal conversion with CO_2 conversion, and realize the efficient utilization of carbon resources and carbon cycle. Based on the analysis of CO_2 emission status and utilization technology, coal gasification theory and development, this paper deeply discusses the theory of pressurized coal gasification with CO_2 partially replacing or completely replacing water vapor as gasification agent. Feasibility and practicability of process technology and industrial application.
