【摘要】：通過(guò)氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)對(duì)新一代鋁板帶、箔軋制油的成分構(gòu)成和碳鏈分布特征進(jìn)行深入分析,并與目前使用的軋制油進(jìn)行了對(duì)比試驗(yàn)。同時(shí)在四球摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)上針對(duì)基礎(chǔ)油中芳烴的作用與含量進(jìn)行了摩擦學(xué)性能測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明,新一代鋁軋制油其成分特征仍為鏈烷烴和環(huán)烷烴的混合烴,但其碳鏈分布更加集中;當(dāng)軋制油芳烴的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)提高到1.0%,略高于傳統(tǒng)的鋁軋制油時(shí),軋制油表現(xiàn)出更好的抗壓減摩效果,滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)代化寬幅高速軋制要求。
[Abstract]:The composition and carbon chain distribution of the new generation of aluminum strip and foil rolling oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the results were compared with the current rolling oil. At the same time, the tribological properties of aromatic hydrocarbons in base oil were tested and analyzed on a four-ball friction and wear tester. The results show that the composition of the new generation aluminum rolling oil is still the mixed hydrocarbon of chain alkane and cycloalkane, but its carbon chain distribution is more concentrated, and when the aromatics content of rolling oil increases to 1.0, it is slightly higher than that of traditional aluminum rolling oil. Rolling oil shows better anti-friction effect and meets the requirements of modern wide-width high-speed rolling.
