提高超稠油水平井開采工藝技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:當前,全世界陸上常規(guī)油氣田大多數(shù)處于開采后期,隨著常規(guī)原油受到儲量增長的限制,開采稠油油藏顯得更加重要,水平井作為一項具有先進特征的鉆井和采油技術(shù),對于油田的開發(fā)具有特別重要的意義。隨著水平井規(guī)模不斷擴大,生產(chǎn)中也逐漸暴露出一些新的問題,使得水平井產(chǎn)量逐漸下滑。針對目前存在的一些阻礙遼河油區(qū)超稠油水平井產(chǎn)量提升的突出問題,如高壓區(qū)水平井轉(zhuǎn)抽放噴時井口溢流現(xiàn)象,導致作業(yè)周期過長;水平井水平段動用不均現(xiàn)象,水平段蒸汽局部突進,造成產(chǎn)能損失,影響開發(fā)效果;稠油開采過程中,井筒附近滲流面積小、壓力下降快,井筒內(nèi)稠油流動阻力大,影響稠油井產(chǎn)量等。本文針對目前水平井發(fā)展中存在的問題進行了細致的分析,對于現(xiàn)有技術(shù)措施的不足進行了改進和創(chuàng)新,主要包括水平井不動管柱開采技術(shù),水平井分段完井、分段注汽技術(shù),水平井水平段電加熱工藝技術(shù)。通過采用最新的工藝技術(shù)手段,對超稠油水平井配套工藝技術(shù)不斷完善、創(chuàng)新,取得了巨大成功,達到了利用水平井高效開發(fā)超稠油油藏的目的,同時通過對這些問題的研究,也加深了對超稠油特性的了解,對保持原油產(chǎn)量的穩(wěn)定及增長具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the onshore conventional oil and gas fields in the world are in the late stage of production. With the reserve growth of conventional crude oil, it is more important to exploit heavy oil reservoirs. As an advanced drilling and oil recovery technology, horizontal wells have advanced characteristics. It is of great significance to the development of oil fields. With the expansion of horizontal well scale, some new problems are gradually exposed in production, which makes horizontal well production decline gradually. In view of some outstanding problems existing in Liaohe oil area, such as wellhead overflow phenomenon when horizontal wells in high pressure area are diverted from pumping and blowout, the operation cycle is too long and the horizontal section of horizontal wells is unevenly produced. In the process of heavy oil recovery, the percolation area near the wellbore is small, the pressure drops quickly, the flow resistance of heavy oil in the wellbore is large, and the production of heavy oil wells is affected. In this paper, the problems existing in the development of horizontal wells are analyzed in detail, and the shortcomings of existing technical measures are improved and innovated, mainly including the production technology of horizontal wells with fixed tubing string, horizontal wells with segmented completion and steam injection technology. Horizontal section electric heating technology in horizontal well. By adopting the latest technology and means, the matching technology of horizontal wells for super heavy oil has been continuously improved, innovated, great success has been achieved, and the purpose of developing ultra-heavy oil reservoirs efficiently by using horizontal wells has been achieved. At the same time, through the study of these problems, It also deepens the understanding of the characteristics of super heavy oil and is of great significance to maintain the stability and growth of crude oil production.
