【摘要】：套管和尾管的下入程序是整個(gè)鉆井工藝的重要環(huán)節(jié)。傳統(tǒng)的下套管和尾管速度往往較慢且需要周期性地向管柱內(nèi)灌鉆井液。特別是對(duì)于深水鉆井等鉆井液密度窗口較窄的井,掌控套管柱合適的下放速度較困難,極易產(chǎn)生壓力"激動(dòng)"造成井漏。套管和尾管的快速下入工藝是提高作業(yè)效率,保證井下安全,滿足鉆井工藝需要的重要研究方向。本文主要介紹了套管和尾管快速下入工藝技術(shù)的主要工作原理、特點(diǎn)、工具組成和操作方法,以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用情況及其注意事項(xiàng),對(duì)作業(yè)過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),并提出了相應(yīng)的建議,對(duì)類(lèi)似的深水井作業(yè)具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The procedure of casing and tail pipe entry is an important part of the whole drilling process. The traditional casing and tail tubes often slow down and need to periodically fill the string with drilling fluid. Especially for wells with narrow drilling fluid density window, it is difficult to control the proper down-flow speed of casing string, and it is easy to produce pressure "agitation" to cause well leakage. The rapid entry process of casing and tail pipe is an important research direction to improve the working efficiency, ensure downhole safety and meet the requirements of drilling technology. This paper mainly introduces the main working principle, characteristics, tool composition and operation method of the technology of quick entry of casing and tail pipe, as well as the field application and matters needing attention. This paper analyzes and summarizes some possible problems in the course of operation, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions, which is of great significance for reference to similar deep well operations.
