聚有機(jī)硅胺強(qiáng)抑制劑LGA-1的室內(nèi)研究

【摘要】:選用含不飽和鍵的羥基硅油、多烯多胺單體、氧乙烯基和氧丙烯基單體等原料合成聚有機(jī)硅胺抑制劑LGA-1,對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)了LGA-1、NH-1和FCC200的抑制性及其對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)漿性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:3種抑制劑對(duì)膨潤(rùn)土的體積防膨率都超過(guò)83.0%,FCC200最高(87.2%),其次是LGA-1(85.2%);高溫下LGA-1對(duì)膨潤(rùn)土的造漿抑制率最高(85.9%),其次是FCC200(73.2%)。LGA-1,FCC200對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)漿均有降黏和降濾失作用,而NH-1增黏增濾失;3種抑制劑均能提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鉆井液的鉆屑一次滾動(dòng)回收率和濾液體積防膨率,且鉆屑完整性好。LGA-1抗溫可達(dá)160℃,鹽對(duì)其性能影響較小。作為一種有機(jī)硅表面活性劑,LGA-1具有消泡和抑泡的作用,在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)漿中的起泡率僅為3.7%,有效解決了常規(guī)聚胺抑制劑起泡嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Polyorganosilylamine inhibitor LGA-1 was synthesized from hydroxyl silicone oil containing unsaturated bond, polyene polyamine monomer, oxygen vinyl group and propylene oxide monomer. The inhibition properties of LGA-1N NH-1 and FCC200 and their effects on the in situ slurry properties were evaluated. The results showed that the volume anti-swelling rate of the three inhibitors to bentonite was more than 83.0%, the highest value of FCC200 was 87.2%, the second was LGA-1 + 85.2%, the highest inhibition rate of LGA-1 on bentonite was 85.9% at high temperature, and the second was that FCC20073.22.LGA-1FCC200 had the effect of reducing viscosity and filtrate loss. However, NH-1 viscosity and filtration loss inhibitor can improve the recovery rate and volume expansion of drilling fluid, and the integrity of drilling chip can reach 160 鈩,
