【摘要】:石油資源勘探開(kāi)發(fā)從陸地轉(zhuǎn)向海洋、淺海轉(zhuǎn)向深海已成必然趨勢(shì)。海洋石油裝備作為支持海洋石油發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),海洋石油裝備市場(chǎng)勢(shì)必迎來(lái)廣闊的發(fā)展空間。在未來(lái)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間內(nèi),國(guó)際海洋石油裝備市場(chǎng)將持續(xù)成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的熱點(diǎn)。從業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)來(lái)看,中國(guó)還處于制造低端產(chǎn)品的第三陣營(yíng)。BOP(BLOW-OUKN PREVENKNER)重要的井控設(shè)備—BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng),用于海洋石油鉆井平臺(tái)海上防噴器的安裝,國(guó)際BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng)市場(chǎng)需求增長(zhǎng)迅速。目前,由于技術(shù)壟斷和產(chǎn)品需求等各種原因,國(guó)內(nèi)400英尺及以上海洋鉆井平臺(tái)配套的BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng)完全依賴于采購(gòu)國(guó)外產(chǎn)品,還沒(méi)有研制出具有獨(dú)立自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng)。迅速研究出具有我國(guó)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng),是我國(guó)海洋石油勘探開(kāi)發(fā)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。在此背景下,本論文設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)了一套125kNBOP運(yùn)移系統(tǒng)。主要完成了以下幾方面的工作:1.BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)備的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用要求,并且參考市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的使用情況,制定了設(shè)備的主要參數(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)了設(shè)備主體結(jié)構(gòu)。2.對(duì)系統(tǒng)中負(fù)荷最大,結(jié)構(gòu)最復(fù)雜的125KN BOP液壓雙梁橋式起重機(jī)進(jìn)行了有限元分析,保證其可靠性。3.完成對(duì)設(shè)備液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),完成液壓原理圖紙。4.完成了設(shè)備電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),編寫(xiě)PLC程序,完成操作界面的設(shè)計(jì)。5.設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)備靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案。本論文所設(shè)計(jì)的BOP移運(yùn)裝置,適用于400英尺自升式鉆井平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目使用的防噴器吊裝。它的設(shè)計(jì)完成,打破了國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)我國(guó)海洋裝備高新技術(shù)的壟斷;提升了我國(guó)對(duì)BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)能力;保障了國(guó)內(nèi)BOP移運(yùn)系統(tǒng)建造的技術(shù)支持,加快了中國(guó)石油海洋勘探裝備制造業(yè)的前進(jìn)步伐,為我國(guó)的能源安全做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Exploration and development of petroleum resources from land to sea, shallow water to the deep sea has become an inevitable trend. Offshore oil equipment as an important foundation to support the development of offshore oil, offshore oil equipment market is bound to usher in a broad space for development. For a long time in the future, the international offshore oil equipment market will continue to be a hot spot in the world economy. From the point of view of business characteristics and product types, China is still in the third camp of manufacturing low-end products. BOP BLOW-OUKN PREVENKNER-an important well control equipment -BOP transportation system is used for the installation of offshore blowout preventer for offshore oil drilling platforms. The international BOP transportation system market demand grows rapidly. At present, due to various reasons such as technology monopoly and product demand, the BOP transportation system for offshore drilling platforms over 400 feet in China is completely dependent on the purchase of foreign products, and no independent intellectual property BOP migration system has been developed. It is an urgent task for offshore oil exploration and development in China to rapidly develop the BOP system with independent intellectual property rights in China. Under this background, this paper designs and develops a 125kNBOP migration system. The main work is as follows: 1. BOP system structure design. According to the requirements of field use of the equipment and referring to the use of the existing equipment in the market, the main parameters of the equipment and the main structure of the equipment. 2. The 125KN BOP hydraulic double beam bridge crane with the largest load and the most complicated structure is analyzed by finite element method to ensure its reliability. Complete the design of the equipment hydraulic system, complete the hydraulic principle drawing. 4. Completed the equipment electrical system design, write PLC program, complete the operation interface design. 5. Design the static experiment scheme of equipment. The BOP device designed in this paper is suitable for BOP hoisting of 400-foot jack-up drilling platform. The completion of its design has broken the monopoly of foreign developed countries on the high and new technology of marine equipment in our country; enhanced the design capability of BOP transportation system in our country; guaranteed the technical support for the construction of domestic BOP transportation system. It has accelerated the progress of China's offshore equipment manufacturing industry and contributed to China's energy security.
