太陽能熱泵技術(shù)在油田余熱回收中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:原油在輸送過程中需要維持一定的溫度,通常采用加熱爐等常規(guī)加熱方式來實現(xiàn)原油輸送系統(tǒng)的加熱。常規(guī)加熱方式不僅加熱效率低,而且耗費大量的一次能源,造成很大的浪費。油田含油污水中蘊含著大量的低溫余熱,這些低溫污水一年四季溫度變化較小,數(shù)量穩(wěn)定,但大部分僅用于回注或直接排放,未能被充分利用;我國北方油田存在大量的可利用的太陽能資源。利用太陽能熱泵技術(shù)能夠回收部分低溫余熱,充分利用太陽能資源,且提供的熱水剛好能夠滿足油田的用熱需求,具有很大的節(jié)能潛力。本文針對石油生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的余熱資源現(xiàn)狀,綜述了國內(nèi)外太陽能聯(lián)合污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于油田余熱回收的研究現(xiàn)狀;分別介紹了污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)和太陽能聯(lián)合污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)回收油田余熱的基本原理;提出利用太陽能聯(lián)合污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)替代常規(guī)加熱系統(tǒng),用以加熱原油輸送系統(tǒng),探討了不同工況下系統(tǒng)的流程及運行模式,并對系統(tǒng)中的主要設(shè)備進行計算選型;對高溫?zé)岜脵C組進行熱經(jīng)濟性分析,探討蒸發(fā)溫度、冷凝溫度、一次進水溫度等對機組性能的影響,對太陽能聯(lián)合污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)進行節(jié)能、經(jīng)濟及環(huán)保性分析,并與常規(guī)加熱方式等進行對比,太陽能聯(lián)合污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能量比污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)高17%,前者比后者的年總費用低5.1%,具有很好的節(jié)能、經(jīng)濟及環(huán)保效益;最后利用TRNSYS軟件對太陽能聯(lián)合污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)和太陽能熱泵系統(tǒng)進行模擬,得出熱泵出水溫度與系統(tǒng)COP隨時間的變化趨勢,結(jié)果表明太陽能聯(lián)合污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)具有較高的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to maintain a certain temperature in the process of crude oil transportation. Usually, conventional heating methods such as heating furnace are used to realize the heating of crude oil transportation system. Conventional heating not only has low heating efficiency, but also consumes a lot of primary energy, resulting in a lot of waste. There is a large amount of low temperature waste heat in the oily sewage of oil field. The temperature change of these low temperature sewage is small and the quantity is stable all the year round, but most of them are only used for backinjection or direct discharge, and can not be fully utilized. There are a large number of solar energy resources available in the northern oilfields of China. The use of solar heat pump technology can recover some low-temperature waste heat, make full use of solar energy resources, and provide hot water to meet the needs of the oil field, which has a great potential for energy saving. In view of the present situation of waste heat resources in oil production enterprises, this paper summarizes the research status of the application of solar energy combined sewage source heat pump system in oil field waste heat recovery at home and abroad. This paper introduces the basic principle of sewage source heat pump system and solar energy combined sewage source heat pump system to recover waste heat from oil field, and proposes to use solar energy combined sewage source heat pump system instead of conventional heating system to heat crude oil transportation system. The flow and operation mode of the system under different operating conditions are discussed, and the main equipment in the system is calculated and selected, and the heat economy analysis of the high temperature heat pump unit is carried out, and the evaporation temperature and condensation temperature are discussed. The influence of the primary inlet temperature on the performance of the unit, the energy saving, economic and environmental protection of the solar combined sewage source heat pump system are analyzed, and compared with the conventional heating methods, The energy saving of the solar combined sewage source heat pump system is 17% higher than that of the sewage source heat pump system. The former is 5. 1% lower than the latter, which has good energy saving, economic and environmental protection benefits. Finally, the TRNSYS software is used to simulate the solar energy combined sewage source heat pump system and the solar energy heat pump system, and the variation trend of the heat pump effluent temperature and the system COP with time is obtained. The results show that the solar combined sewage source heat pump system has high stability.
