遼河油田水平井化學(xué)堵水技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:水平井開發(fā)技術(shù)作為復(fù)雜油藏開發(fā)中一項重要技術(shù),如今被廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)外各大油田,但由于缺乏行之有效的堵水技術(shù),導(dǎo)致眾多水平井在出現(xiàn)惡性產(chǎn)水問題后被迫帶病生產(chǎn)、間歇生產(chǎn)或關(guān)停,這已成為一個困擾水平井正常生產(chǎn)和可持續(xù)開發(fā)的迫切問題。本文針對遼河油田水平井出水特點及油藏條件,設(shè)計了三種水平井用堵劑體系,對堵劑的影響因素、適應(yīng)條件和封堵性能進行了系統(tǒng)評價,得出結(jié)論如下:(1)LH-Ⅱ型液體橋塞堵劑是利用液體橋塞的暫堵、保護作用,實現(xiàn)水平井段腳跟部位堵水,耐溫性可達180℃,突破壓力梯度可達9.65MPa/m,200℃以上完全破膠;(2)環(huán)空封隔材料借助水平井化學(xué)注入工藝管柱,在篩管與井壁之間形成化學(xué)封隔層的封隔材料,達到隔離環(huán)空區(qū)域的目的,成膠后耐溫能達280℃,蒸汽條件下分解滲透率恢復(fù)率在90%以上;(3)二次交聯(lián)深部調(diào)堵劑體系主要用于地層深部封堵,降低區(qū)塊汽竄影響程度,成膠強度在10000m Pa2s以上,封堵率在92%以上;(4)通過統(tǒng)計分析遼河水平井出水特點和部位,結(jié)合堵水劑類型,設(shè)計出液體橋塞、管外環(huán)空封隔兩種堵水工藝,并開展了現(xiàn)場試驗,取了良好的增油降水效果,為遼河油田水平井穩(wěn)油控水提供了技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:Horizontal well development technology, as an important technology in complex reservoir development, is widely used in various oil fields at home and abroad. However, due to the lack of effective water shutoff technology, As a result, many horizontal wells are forced to produce with disease, intermittent production or shutdown after the occurrence of malignant water production, which has become an urgent problem that puzzles the normal production and sustainable development of horizontal wells. According to the characteristics of horizontal well water and reservoir conditions in Liaohe Oilfield, three kinds of plugging agent systems for horizontal wells are designed in this paper. The influencing factors, adaptive conditions and plugging performance of plugging agents are systematically evaluated. The conclusions are as follows: the liquid bridge plug plugging agent type 1: 1 / 1 is a temporary plugging and protective effect of liquid bridge plug, and the water shutoff at heel of horizontal well can be realized, and the temperature tolerance can reach 180 鈩,
