鴨K區(qū)塊鉆井提速與鉆頭使用分析

【摘要】:針對白堊系油藏地層傾角大、夾層多、研磨性強及可鉆性差等鉆探難點,在該區(qū)塊實施了一系列現(xiàn)場提速措施,包括防斜打快技術(shù)、水利振蕩器試驗、個性化PDC試驗、鉆具組合及鉆井液性能優(yōu)化等,旨在解決直井段鉆進易斜、定向段工具面不穩(wěn)、托壓嚴(yán)重、井下復(fù)雜事故易發(fā)等嚴(yán)重制約鉆速提高的技術(shù)難點,通過現(xiàn)場試驗效果的分析,證明提速成效顯著,為鴨K區(qū)塊的優(yōu)快鉆井積累了成功經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficulties of drilling in Cretaceous reservoir, such as large dip angle, many intercalation layers, strong abrasiveness and poor drillability, a series of measures for increasing the speed of the reservoir are carried out in this block, including anti-slant and quick drilling technology, water conservancy oscillator test, and individualized PDC test. The drilling tool combination and drilling fluid performance optimization are aimed at solving the technical difficulties such as easy deviation of drilling in straight well section, unstable tool surface in directional section, serious supporting pressure and easy occurrence of complex accidents in downhole. The analysis of the effect of field test is carried out. It is proved that the speedup effect is remarkable and the successful experience has been accumulated for the high speed drilling in duck K block.
