催化裂化油漿水洗脫固的研究

【摘要】:油漿是催化裂化工藝產(chǎn)生的一種副產(chǎn)物,其含有大量重芳烴,是一種重要的化工原料,但由于其含有催化劑顆粒,嚴(yán)重影響其深加工產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。因此,開展催化裂化油漿脫除固體顆粒的研究具有重要意義。論文采用水洗工藝,開展油漿脫固的研究,在評(píng)選多種破乳劑的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)破乳劑SPJ-PR-2011對(duì)油漿具有很好的破乳脫水效果,經(jīng)優(yōu)化破乳條件后,在溫度為130℃,電壓為1800V,洗滌水加入量為16%,SPJ-PR-2011加入量為50μg/g時(shí),脫水率可達(dá)到90%以上,并且油漿灰分含量由0.26%降到了 0.022%,Al+Si含量由1013.7mg/kg降至85.8mg/kg。隨著破乳劑用量的增加,脫水率增加,當(dāng)達(dá)到臨界膠束濃度,再增加破乳劑用量,脫水效果基本不變;隨著破乳溫度和洗滌水用量增加,破乳脫水效果增加。采用紅外光譜、核磁共振波譜、元素分析和凝膠色譜等方法,分析了破乳劑SPJ-PR-2011的分子結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)其是分子量為2688含EO和PO鏈段比為3:2的聚醚。采用Zeta電位,界面張力,全功能穩(wěn)定性分析和顯微粒徑分析等方法,探討了固體顆粒及破乳劑SPJ-PR-2011對(duì)模型油油水乳狀液穩(wěn)定性的影響,結(jié)果表明,固體顆粒增加了乳狀液界面的Zeta電位,使其穩(wěn)定性增加;而SPJ-PR-2011破乳劑通過降低乳狀液油水界面張力,實(shí)現(xiàn)破乳。采用三級(jí)水洗脫固工藝,在溫度為130℃,電壓為1800 V,洗滌水加入量為7%,破乳劑SPJ-PR-2011用量為70 μg/g條件下,油漿經(jīng)水洗后,灰分和Al+Si含量分別降低至0.018%和70.2 mg/kg,脫除率均達(dá)到93%。
[Abstract]:Slurry is a by-product produced by catalytic cracking process. It contains a large number of heavy aromatics and is an important chemical feedstock. However, because of the presence of catalyst particles, the quality of its deep processing products is seriously affected. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the removal of solid particles from FCC slurry.
