新型氣液分離器研究

【摘要】:隨著油氣田產(chǎn)出液含氣量的不斷增多,氣體的影響日益加大,因此有必要研究氣液兩相流問題。氣液兩相流據(jù)其自身特點(diǎn)可以分為氣泡流、液滴流、氣塊流及分層流。本文基于氣液兩相旋流分離原理,按照氣泡在氣液兩相流中的流動特性,結(jié)合水力旋流器的工作特性,設(shè)計了一種新型高效氣液旋流分離裝置。應(yīng)用計算流體動力學(xué)軟件,分析了氣液旋流分離器內(nèi)部流場運(yùn)動規(guī)律。基于仿真結(jié)果,得到最佳的結(jié)構(gòu)和操作參數(shù)。完成了實(shí)驗樣機(jī)的研制加工并進(jìn)行室內(nèi)實(shí)驗,對模擬仿真數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明氣液分離器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理,分離性能良好。溢流管及內(nèi)錐結(jié)構(gòu)是本氣液分離器設(shè)計的核心內(nèi)容,采用UG NX8.5完成三維建模,應(yīng)用ANSYS軟件的Fluent模塊進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。數(shù)值模擬主要討論了分離器分流比對氣體分離效率的影響、不同截面處壓力場和速度場的變化規(guī)律以及不同含氣率情況下的分離效率研究。室內(nèi)實(shí)驗分析了分流比、體積含氣率與壓力降和分離效率之間的關(guān)系。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明了氣液旋流分離器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的合理性及氣液分離的高效性,同時對數(shù)值模擬的正確性進(jìn)行了驗證,對以后的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of gas content in oil and gas field, the influence of gas is increasing, so it is necessary to study the problem of gas-liquid two-phase flow.According to its own characteristics, gas-liquid two-phase flow can be divided into bubble flow, droplet flow, gas block flow and stratified flow.Based on the separation principle of gas-liquid two-phase swirl, according to the flow characteristics of bubbles in gas-liquid two-phase flow and the working characteristics of hydrocyclone, a new high-efficiency gas-liquid swirl separation device is designed in this paper.By using computational fluid dynamics software, the flow field movement in gas liquid cyclone separator is analyzed.Based on the simulation results, the optimal structure and operation parameters are obtained.The experimental prototype was developed and processed, and the simulation data and experimental data were analyzed. The results show that the structure design of the gas-liquid separator is reasonable and the separation performance is good.The structure of overflow pipe and inner cone is the core of the design of the gas-liquid separator. UG NX8.5 is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling and the Fluent module of ANSYS software is used to carry out numerical simulation.The numerical simulation mainly discusses the effect of the separation ratio of the separator on the gas separation efficiency, the variation of pressure field and velocity field at different cross sections and the separation efficiency under different gas holdup.The relationship between the flow ratio, volume gas holdup and pressure drop and separation efficiency was analyzed.The experimental results show that the structure design of gas-liquid cyclone separator is reasonable and the efficiency of gas-liquid separation is high. At the same time, the correctness of numerical simulation is verified, which provides a certain reference for the structure optimization in the future.
