超聲輔助提取美洲大蠊藥渣殘油及其制備生物柴油的研究

【摘要】:為探索美洲大蠊藥渣的綜合利用的新途徑,以美洲大蠊藥渣為原料,石油醚為提取溶劑,通過正交設計優(yōu)化超聲輔助提取工藝條件,考察超聲功率、提取時間、料液比和提取次數(shù)對殘油提取率的影響。對制備的殘油,進一步以硫酸作為催化劑,與甲醇進行酯交換反應制備生物柴油,通過正交設計優(yōu)化制備工藝條件,考察反應溫度、反應時間、油醇比和催化劑用量對轉化率的影響。美洲大蠊藥渣殘油的最佳提取工藝條件為,超聲波功率300 W、提取時間0.5 h、料液比1∶8、提取次數(shù)4次。在最佳提取工藝條件下,得油率可達24.25%。生物柴油的最佳制備工藝條件為:反應溫度為65℃、反應時間2.5 h、油醇比為1∶5 mol/mol、催化劑用量為1.5%。轉化率可達94.37%。
[Abstract]:In order to explore a new way of comprehensive utilization of Blattella Americana dregs, the extraction conditions of ultrasonic assisted extraction were optimized by orthogonal design with the residue of Blattella Americana as raw material and petroleum ether as solvent. The ultrasonic power and extraction time were investigated. The influence of the ratio of solid to liquid and the times of extraction on the extraction rate of residual oil. For the residual oil, the ester-exchange reaction of methanol and sulfuric acid was carried out to prepare biodiesel. The preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal design, and the reaction temperature was investigated. Effects of reaction time, the ratio of oil to alcohol and the amount of catalyst on the conversion. The optimum extraction conditions of residual oil from Blattella Americana residue were as follows: ultrasonic power 300 W, extraction time 0.5 h, ratio of material to liquid 1: 8, extraction times 4 times.
