【摘要】：二層臺鉆具排放系統(tǒng)在國外的鉆井行業(yè)已普遍推廣,但是國外產品價格高昂,維護成本高,進口鉆具排放系統(tǒng)很難實現(xiàn)全面推廣。國內的數(shù)千套陸地鉆機目前基本都是采用二層臺人工排放鉆具的作業(yè)模式[1]。因此,設計一款低成本且便于在鉆井行業(yè)推廣的二層臺自動排放系統(tǒng)很有必要。本課題根據目前鉆井施工對管具排放作業(yè)安全性和作業(yè)效率的要求,結合當今管具排放技術領域的發(fā)展趨勢,提出了一種緊湊型管具排放自動化系統(tǒng)的設計方案[2]。該系統(tǒng)由機械臂總成、回轉總成、縱向傳動系統(tǒng)總成、電氣及液壓控制系統(tǒng)總成等子系統(tǒng)組成,可直接安裝在現(xiàn)有陸地鉆機的二層臺上。系統(tǒng)采用全液壓驅動方式,具有輕便、結構緊湊、作業(yè)效率高、現(xiàn)場施工安全性好、安裝與拆卸方便、維護成本低以及與現(xiàn)有鉆機適應性好等特點[3]。本文針對該類型鉆具排放系統(tǒng)著重從鉆機井架承載能力分析、機械臂的動態(tài)特性分析、液壓和電控系統(tǒng)設計等幾個關鍵方面進行論證和闡述[4]。
[Abstract]:The second floor drilling pipe discharge system has been widely popularized in the drilling industry abroad, but the foreign products are expensive and the maintenance cost is high. It is difficult to popularize the imported drilling tool discharge system completely. At present, thousands of sets of terrestrial drilling rigs in our country basically adopt the operation mode of two-layer manual discharge drilling tools [1] .Therefore, It is necessary to design a low cost and easy to popularize the automatic discharge system in the drilling industry. According to the development trend in the field of pipe discharge technology, this paper puts forward a design scheme of compact pipe discharge automation system [2]. The system consists of mechanical arm assembly, rotary assembly and longitudinal transmission system assembly. The electric and hydraulic control system assembly and other subsystems can be directly installed on the second floor of the existing land drilling rig. The system adopts the full hydraulic drive mode. The system is light, compact, efficient and safe in site construction. The characteristics of easy installation and disassembly, low maintenance cost and good adaptability to existing drilling rigs [3]. This paper focuses on the analysis of load-carrying capacity of the Derrick Derrick and the dynamic characteristics of the manipulator for this type of drilling tool discharge system. Several key aspects such as hydraulic and electronic control system design are demonstrated and expounded [4].
