燕山石化常減壓裝置減壓深拔技術改造研究

【摘要】:本文對國內(nèi)外常減壓蒸餾裝置的技術進展進行了較為詳細的綜述,以此為基礎,重點針對燕山石化常減壓裝置開展減壓深拔技術改造研究,模擬計算了常減壓裝置進行減壓深拔技術改造的可能性,得到了技術改造后的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)最適宜條件;在此基礎上,開展了常減壓裝置減壓深拔技術改造,實驗評估了常減壓裝置采用減壓深拔技術后的實施效果。研究結果表明,燕山常減壓蒸餾裝置經(jīng)過減壓深拔改造后,減壓渣油收率下降明顯,拔出程度較深,減壓渣油500℃的餾出率達到2.4%,520℃的餾出率也達到3.4%,減壓蠟油收率增加;旌舷炗偷牧蚝俊⒚芏、終餾點均有較大提高,減壓渣油的殘?zhí)、密度和硫含量均有大幅提?表明蠟油、渣油的質(zhì)量明顯變差。深拔后,能耗略有增加。高壓加氫、催化裂化及延遲焦化等二次裝置原料性質(zhì)未發(fā)生較大的變化,能夠滿足生產(chǎn)要求。經(jīng)過計算,切割點溫度570℃,技術改造達到了預期的效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the technical progress of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units at home and abroad is reviewed in detail, and based on this, the retrofit of vacuum deep drawing technology for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units in Yanshan Petrochemical Company is emphatically studied. The possibility of technical transformation of vacuum deep drawing in atmospheric and vacuum unit is simulated and calculated, and the most suitable conditions for industrial production after technical transformation are obtained, and on the basis of this, the technical reform of deep drawing of atmospheric and vacuum unit is carried out. The effect of vacuum deep drawing on atmospheric and vacuum unit was evaluated. The results showed that the vacuum residue yield of Yanshan atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was decreased obviously and the degree of vacuum residue extraction was deep after the deep vacuum drawing revamping of Yanshan atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
