離心法測定黏土穩(wěn)定劑防膨率的影響因素

【摘要】:針對離心法測定防膨率過程中存在誤差較大(允許誤差5%)、精度不高等問題,研究了膨潤土的種類、烘干溫度、粒徑、超聲處理與否和靜置時(shí)間對防膨率測定結(jié)果的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:不同類型的膨潤土由于所含黏土礦物種類、含量不同,相同條件下其水化膨脹體積和測定的防膨率差異較大;烘干溫度為100℃時(shí)測定的防膨率平均相對偏差和最大極差較小;不同粒徑范圍的黏土顆粒測定的防膨率差異較大,但相對平均偏差和最大極差差異不大;超聲作用提高了使用不同粒徑黏土測定的防膨率數(shù)值,但測定的穩(wěn)定性較差;將黏土在蒸餾水中靜置分散2 h,黏土顆粒基本膨脹完全,能夠滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)要求。通過選用四種常用黏土穩(wěn)定劑用離心法測定防膨率并與頁巖膨脹儀法的測定結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,最終確定,離心法測定黏土穩(wěn)定劑防膨率可選用精質(zhì)新疆土,烘干溫度為100℃,粒徑范圍為200~300目,不經(jīng)過超聲處理,蒸餾水中靜置2 h,平均相對誤差和最大極差較小。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of large error (allowable error 5) and low precision in the measurement of anti-swelling rate by centrifugal method, the types of bentonite, drying temperature, particle size and so on were studied. The effects of ultrasonic treatment and static time on the results of anti-swelling test. The experimental results show that different types of bentonite have different contents due to the mineral types of clay. Under the same conditions, the hydration dilatation volume and the measured anti-swelling rate are quite different, the average relative deviation and the maximum range of the anti-swelling rate are smaller when the drying temperature is 100 鈩,
