【摘要】:以制備的Brφnsted-Lewis酸性離子液體[HO_3S-(CH_2)_3-mim]C1-xFeCl_3為催化劑,大豆油為原料,通過酯交換反應(yīng)制備生物柴油?疾齑加臀镔|(zhì)的量比、催化劑的用量、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間等因素對酯交換反應(yīng)的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上運用響應(yīng)面分析法得出合成生物柴油的最佳工藝條件為n(醇):n(油)=16:1,催化劑用量為原料大豆油質(zhì)量的8%,反應(yīng)溫度為120℃,此條件下反應(yīng)24 h生物柴油的產(chǎn)率可達94.1%,與回歸模型預(yù)測的實驗結(jié)果相當(dāng)。Brφnsted-Lewis酸性離子液體催化劑與產(chǎn)品易于分離,在重復(fù)使用6次以后,仍保持良好的催化活性。
