【摘要】:油田注入水中含有大量成垢離子,在采油過程中由于溫度、壓力、pH值等因素的變化,導(dǎo)致管道設(shè)備中出現(xiàn)結(jié)垢現(xiàn)象。針對大慶油田油井結(jié)垢的現(xiàn)象,選取了大慶油田某區(qū)塊的三個油井垢樣進行化學(xué)分析,得到垢樣中各組分的含量,選取其中一個油井的垢樣進行掃描電鏡能譜分析和X射線衍射光譜分析,并對油田采出水成分進行分析,得出垢樣的主要組成為碳酸鈣。針對垢樣復(fù)配出五種防垢劑,在ρ(Ca~(2+))=50mg/L,堿度(以CaCO_3計)2.5g/L,反應(yīng)溫度70℃,反應(yīng)時間24h,復(fù)配防垢劑總投加量5mg/L的實驗條件下篩選出性能最佳的防垢劑,然后對其進行性能評價。
[Abstract]:There are a large number of scaling ions in the injected water of oil field. Due to the change of temperature, pressure and pH value, the scaling phenomenon appears in the pipeline equipment, aiming at the phenomenon of oil well scaling in Daqing Oilfield. Three oil well scale samples in one block of Daqing Oilfield were selected for chemical analysis, and the contents of each component in the scale samples were obtained. One of the scale samples was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). By analyzing the composition of produced water from oilfield, it is concluded that the main composition of scale sample is calcium carbonate.
