【摘要】：為了彌補(bǔ)華中區(qū)域調(diào)控中心現(xiàn)有SCADA系統(tǒng)的不足,提高管道運(yùn)行安全性和調(diào)度員工作效率,結(jié)合華中成品油管網(wǎng)的實(shí)際情況,利用Excel VBA編程開發(fā)了集混油界面跟蹤、語(yǔ)音預(yù)警、圖形動(dòng)畫顯示和批次計(jì)算等功能于一身的調(diào)度輔助軟件,給出了流程圖和算法,介紹了軟件的主要功能特點(diǎn)。通過實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比展開分析,得出結(jié)論:混油界面跟蹤的精度主要受沿線溫度、壓力以及混油接收與混摻影響,最后提出了改進(jìn)方向和方法。
[Abstract]:In order to make up for the deficiency of the existing SCADA system in Central China Regional Control Center and improve the safety of pipeline operation and the work efficiency of dispatchers, combined with the actual situation of Huazhong oil pipeline network. With the help of Excel VBA, a scheduling assistant software is developed, which integrates the functions of oil mixture interface tracking, speech warning, graphic animation display and batch calculation. The flow chart and algorithm are given. The main functional features of the software are introduced. By comparing the actual application results with the field data, it is concluded that the precision of the oil mixing interface tracking is mainly affected by the temperature, pressure along the line, and the receiving and mixing of the mixed oil. Finally, the improvement direction and method are put forward.
