【摘要】:通過注水井向油層注水補充能量,是保持地層壓力,提高油井產(chǎn)量和采收率的重要開發(fā)措施。本文針對延長油田五星莊區(qū)塊注水困難且部分水井長期欠注,嚴重影響區(qū)塊注水開發(fā)的問題,開展了五星莊區(qū)塊水驅開發(fā)效果評價及注水井增注技術研究。 首先系統(tǒng)介紹了五星莊區(qū)塊的地質特征。根據(jù)該區(qū)塊的注水開發(fā)歷史和現(xiàn)狀,采用單因素法,從水驅儲量控制程度、水驅儲量動用程度、井網(wǎng)狀況、開發(fā)指標(存水率、耗水率)、生產(chǎn)狀況、油藏合理壓力保持水平等幾個方面,結合前人給出的評價標準對油藏水驅開發(fā)效果進行了評價。通過分析認為該區(qū)注水開發(fā)過程的主要問題是注水量嚴重不足,導致地層能量虧空,影響了開發(fā)效果。 對儲層的敏感性進行了分析評價,得出該區(qū)各類敏感性程度基本上是弱-中等敏感性。同時對欠注井的井史資料及生產(chǎn)動態(tài)資料進行了詳細研究,從儲層特性、注入水水質等方面分析得出該區(qū)注水井欠注的主要原因是注水層巖性物性差、儲層敏感性損害、注入水水質不合格以及注入水與儲層的不配伍產(chǎn)生的井底污染損害。 最后,本文針對該區(qū)注水井欠注問題,根據(jù)實際井的生產(chǎn)動態(tài),對井口壓力高,注水量少的注水井,采用酸化、壓裂等降壓增注措施改善地層滲透性,提高吸水能力,實現(xiàn)增注目的;對井口壓力低、注水量少的注水井,采用單井增壓增注技術來提高注水量。通過現(xiàn)場應用表明,選擇的增注措施施工效果較好,能有效解決注水井欠注問題,改善區(qū)塊注水狀況。
[Abstract]:It is an important development measure to maintain formation pressure and improve oil production and recovery by injecting water into reservoir through water injection well. This paper aims at the difficulty of water injection in Wuxingzhuang block of Yanchang Oilfield and the long-term underinjection of some wells. The water flooding effect evaluation and injection increasing technology of water flooding wells in Wuxingzhuang block are studied. Firstly, the geological characteristics of Wuxingzhuang block are systematically introduced. According to the history and present situation of waterflooding development in this block, the single factor method is used to analyze the control degree of water drive reserves, the production degree of water drive reserves and the situation of well pattern. Development indicators (water storage rate, water consumption rate, production situation, reservoir reasonable pressure to maintain the level of several aspects. Based on the evaluation criteria given by predecessors, the reservoir water drive development effect is evaluated. It is considered that the main problem in the process of water flooding development in this area is the serious shortage of water injection, which leads to the formation energy deficit. It affects the development effect. The sensitivity of reservoir is analyzed and evaluated, and it is concluded that all kinds of sensitivity in this area are basically weak-medium sensitivity. At the same time, the well history data and production performance data of underinjection wells are studied in detail. From the analysis of reservoir characteristics and injection water quality, it is concluded that the main causes of underinjection of water injection wells in this area are poor lithology and physical properties of water injection layers and damage of reservoir sensitivity. The water quality of injected water is not up to standard and the bottom-hole pollution damage caused by incompatibility of injected water with reservoir. Finally, according to the production performance of actual wells, this paper uses acidizing and fracturing to improve formation permeability for water injection wells with high wellhead pressure and low injection rate. To improve the water absorption ability and realize the increasing attention; For the injection wells with low wellhead pressure and low injection rate, a single well pressurization and injection increasing technique is adopted to increase the injection rate. The field application shows that the operation effect of the selected injection increase measures is good, and the problem of under-injection of water injection wells can be effectively solved. Improve the water injection situation in the block.
