文章摘要細(xì)根對(duì)植物功能的發(fā)揮和土壤碳庫(kù)及全球碳循環(huán)具有重要意義.采用容器法和微根管法于2013年6~10月整個(gè)生長(zhǎng)季內(nèi)對(duì)紫花苜蓿的細(xì)根生物量、生產(chǎn)以及周轉(zhuǎn)規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究.結(jié)果表明:(1)紫花苜;罴(xì)根現(xiàn)存生物量平均值以接種摩西球囊霉(Gm)處理最高(12.46 g·m-2),未接種對(duì)照最低(7.31 g·m-2),并且活細(xì)根現(xiàn)存量在9月中旬達(dá)到峰值;死細(xì)根現(xiàn)存生物量呈先增加后降低再增加的變化趨勢(shì),在整個(gè)生長(zhǎng)過程中未接種處理高于接種處理,接種根內(nèi)球囊霉(Gi)處理死細(xì)根現(xiàn)存平均生物量(3.11 g·m-2)又較接種組其他處理低.(2)苜蓿植株細(xì)根生長(zhǎng)量以接種幼套球囊霉(Ge)處理最大(0.045 mm·cm-2·d-1),接種Gm處理和未接種對(duì)照最低(均為0.027 mm·cm-2·d-1);而未接菌植株細(xì)根死亡量(0.044 mm·cm-2·d-1)顯著高于接種植株,接種組又以Gi處理最低(0.021 mm· cm-2·d-1).(3)紫花苜蓿在生長(zhǎng)季節(jié)內(nèi)細(xì)根生產(chǎn)和死亡的高峰分別出現(xiàn)在8月底和10月份,低谷出現(xiàn)在9月底到10月中旬和6月底到8月;接種地表球囊霉(Gv)后細(xì)根現(xiàn)存量和年生長(zhǎng)量顯著高于對(duì)照和接種其他菌種處理,細(xì)根的周轉(zhuǎn)以對(duì)照組最大,而接種Gv和Gm處理較低.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),通過接種叢植菌根真菌可以提高苜蓿細(xì)根生物量,降低細(xì)根的死亡,增加細(xì)根壽命.

AbstrFine roots played a significant role in exerting the plant functions, soil carbon pool and global car- bon recycling. We observed biomass, production and turnover of the fine roots of alfalfa by container meth- od and minirhizotron in the whole growing season that was ranged from June to October in 2013. The result showed that: (1)The inoculated Glomus mosseae (Gm) had the highest mean biomass (12.46 g· m-2) ,the control group had the lowest mean biomass (7.31 g · m 2). The live fine root biomass peaked in mid Sep- tember,hut the dead showed a tendency of increasing first and then declining, and then increasing. In the whole growing process, the dead fine root biomass of non-inoculated was higher than that with inoculated treatment,and inoculated Glomus intraradices (Gi)showed the lowest biomass of dead fine root (3.11 g ·m-2). (2)Inoculated Glomus etunicatum (Ge) had the highest fine root production (0. 045 mm · cm - 1· d-1) ,Gm and control group had the lowest (0. 027 mm· cm-2 · d-1 ). However,fine root mortality of non- inoculated treatment (0. 044 mm · cm-2 · d-1) was significantly higher than that with inoculated treat- ments,and Gi had the lowest fine root mortality (0. 021 mm · cm-2 · d-1). (3)Production and mortality peaks of fine roots appeared at the end of August and October,but trough came in at the end of September to mid October and the end of June to August during the growing reason. The average fine root length and annual length production of Glomus versiforme (Gv) was significantly higher than that of control and other inoculated treatments.
