【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，人們對(duì)住房的品質(zhì)和個(gè)性化的要求越來(lái)越高，裝修成品房無(wú)疑是產(chǎn)品升級(jí)和贏得市場(chǎng)的有效途徑。通常的精裝修設(shè)計(jì)是在原來(lái)毛坯房設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上，做一些體現(xiàn)個(gè)性化的設(shè)計(jì)，而住宅內(nèi)裝工業(yè)化則強(qiáng)調(diào)住宅設(shè)計(jì)與內(nèi)裝整合的精細(xì)化，使土建、內(nèi)裝設(shè)計(jì)和施工一體化，在主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段統(tǒng)籌完成室內(nèi)裝修設(shè)計(jì)，且提倡采用內(nèi)裝與主體結(jié)構(gòu)分離體系。 整體廚房和衛(wèi)生間是住宅內(nèi)裝中很重要的組成部分，是內(nèi)裝中集成化程度最高的兩個(gè)空間，所以本研究從這個(gè)角度入手。傳統(tǒng)廚房和衛(wèi)生間在入住前的裝修給住戶帶來(lái)了很多的不便，不僅讓用戶忙碌于施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和建材市場(chǎng)之間，而且對(duì)于工期和質(zhì)量的可控性也很難把握。從一開始的深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，，到后來(lái)整理這些資料進(jìn)行分析，都力圖探討整體廚房和衛(wèi)生間在目前住宅下的工業(yè)化應(yīng)用。在設(shè)計(jì)上通過(guò)研究現(xiàn)代居住生活模式和行為規(guī)律以及結(jié)合調(diào)研現(xiàn)狀分析提出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)策略，即整合化一體設(shè)計(jì)。在施工上通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研現(xiàn)狀后分析出傳統(tǒng)施工中所容易出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，提出適宜的解決方案，即工業(yè)化干式施工，解決了目前傳統(tǒng)濕作業(yè)施工所帶來(lái)的種種弊端。同時(shí)在整體廚房和衛(wèi)生間的部品上，通過(guò)部品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以及集成化改變目前廚房和衛(wèi)生間所出現(xiàn)的部品之間不匹配的狀況。 經(jīng)過(guò)這些步驟的分析研究得出整體廚房衛(wèi)生間在住宅內(nèi)裝工業(yè)化體系下的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在，也表明了其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。內(nèi)裝工業(yè)化下的整體廚房和衛(wèi)生間是集開發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、部品生產(chǎn)、施工和科研單位組成的聯(lián)合體共同合作才能達(dá)到的結(jié)果，只有這樣才能使得其在中國(guó)的未來(lái)發(fā)展更加的明朗。

[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality and individualization of housing. Decorating finished houses is undoubtedly an effective way to upgrade and win the market. On the basis of the original rough house design, the usual fine decoration design is to do some individualized design, while the residential interior industrialization emphasizes the fine integration of residential design and internal design, which integrates civil and internal design and construction, completes the interior decoration design as a whole in the main structure design stage, and advocates the separation system of internal design and main structure. The whole kitchen and toilet are very important components in the interior of the house, and they are the two spaces with the highest degree of integration in the interior, so this study starts from this point of view. The decoration of traditional kitchen and toilet before check in has brought a lot of inconvenience to the household, which not only makes the user busy between the construction site and the building materials market, but also is difficult to grasp the controllability of the construction period and quality. From the beginning of the in-depth field investigation to find the problems in each link, to collate these data for analysis, we try to explore the industrial application of the whole kitchen and toilet under the current housing. In the design, the corresponding design strategy is put forward by studying the modern living mode and behavior law and combining with the analysis of the present situation of investigation, that is, the integrated design. Through the field investigation and investigation, this paper analyzes the problems that are easy to appear in the traditional construction, and puts forward the suitable solutions, that is, the industrial dry construction, which solves all kinds of malpractices caused by the traditional wet operation construction at present. At the same time, in the whole kitchen and bathroom parts, through part standardization and integration to change the current kitchen and bathroom parts mismatch. Through the analysis and research of these steps, it is concluded that the advantages of the whole kitchen and toilet under the industrial system of residential loading also show that its development trend has a certain theoretical and practical basis. The whole kitchen and toilet under the built-in industrialization is the result that can be achieved by the joint cooperation of development, design, part production, construction and scientific research units, only in this way can its future development in China be more clear.
