寬厚比對(duì)三肢半開口冷彎薄壁型鋼拼合柱軸壓性能的影響

【摘要】:為研究寬厚比對(duì)三肢半開口冷彎薄壁型鋼拼合柱軸壓承載力的影響,采用ABAQUS非線性有限元分析了2種截面尺寸,4種厚度,3種長(zhǎng)度,共計(jì)24根試件,并對(duì)拼合柱的極限承載力和最終破壞形態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析。有限元結(jié)果表明對(duì)于相同長(zhǎng)度和相同截面厚度的拼合柱,當(dāng)截面尺寸從92mm增加到143mm時(shí),其軸壓極限承載力變化不明顯;對(duì)于相同長(zhǎng)度和相同截面尺寸的拼合柱其軸壓極限承載力隨寬厚比的增加而下降,且下降顯著,下降幅度在20%左右。

[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of width-thickness ratio on axial compression bearing capacity of three-limb semi-open cold-formed thin-wall steel composite columns, two kinds of section sizes, four kinds of thickness, three kinds of lengths and a total of 24 specimens were analyzed by ABAQUS nonlinear finite element method, and the ultimate bearing capacity and final failure mode of the assembled columns were analyzed. The finite element results show that for the assembled columns with the same length and the same section thickness, when the section size increases from 92mm to 143mm, the ultimate bearing capacity of axial compression does not change obviously, but for the assembled columns of the same length and the same section size, the ultimate bearing capacity of axial compression decreases with the increase of width to thickness ratio, and decreases significantly, with a decrease range of about 20%.
