參數(shù)化節(jié)能電梯系統(tǒng)集成與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:21世紀以來,越來越多的新型技術的發(fā)展催生了大批新型電梯部件的蓬勃發(fā)展,這些部件不僅是從安全性和可靠性上有了極大的提升,同時,在成本方面較之以往的產品有了很大的降低。但是,這些新型部件由于以往的產品設計中使用較少,存在系統(tǒng)集成過程中經驗不足的問題,使部件的性能及其優(yōu)越性沒有有效發(fā)揮。 本文將結合公司開發(fā)的一款新型節(jié)能產品,結合公司前沿電梯部件技術,集中闡述在電梯系統(tǒng)集成過程中所進行的理論計算及其合理的部件選擇來滿足產品的設計要求,同時,舉例進行產品集成計算,并且將計算結果通過試驗進行驗證,對于所開發(fā)產品的能量消耗等級,,同時在試驗過程中進行測定。測定的結果表明,所應用的系統(tǒng)集成方法滿足電梯對基礎系統(tǒng)的要求,并且在能源節(jié)約有著顯著的效果。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the development of more and more new technology has led to the vigorous development of a large number of new elevator parts, which not only have a great improvement in safety and reliability, but also have a great reduction in cost compared with the previous products. However, these new parts have less experience in the process of system integration due to the less use in the conventional product design, so that the performance and the superiority of the parts are not effectively played. In this paper, a new kind of new product, which is developed by the company, is combined with the technology of the front elevator component of the company, and the theoretical calculation and the reasonable part selection in the course of the system integration of the elevator are set forth to meet the design requirements of the product. Meanwhile, the product integration meter is given by way of example. The calculation is calculated and the calculation result is verified by the test, and the energy consumption level of the product is developed, and the test is carried out during the test. The results of the measurement show that the applied system integration method meets the requirements of the elevator to the basic system, and has a significant effect on energy conservation
