孔隙砂巖多次化學(xué)注漿試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:選取寧東地區(qū)典型的孔隙砂巖,采用不同顏色示蹤的化學(xué)漿液進(jìn)行4次注漿試驗(yàn);揭示了漿液在孔隙中的擴(kuò)散、充填規(guī)律及注漿次數(shù)與被注巖層滲透系數(shù)、孔隙率之間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):每次化學(xué)注漿漿液的充填情況有明顯的差別,首次注漿漿液在整個(gè)巖樣均有較均勻的充填,后續(xù)的各次注漿漿液均呈現(xiàn)部分區(qū)域積聚充填的現(xiàn)象;隨著注漿次數(shù)的增加巖樣的滲透系數(shù)減小,孔隙充填率增加,滲透系數(shù)、孔隙充填率與注漿次數(shù)的關(guān)系可分別采用冪函數(shù)及對數(shù)函數(shù)擬合;4次注漿后巖樣的滲透系數(shù)減小了97%,說明多次注漿起到了很好的減滲效果。依據(jù)試驗(yàn)成果,建立數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,預(yù)測了不同注漿次數(shù)、不同開挖條件下注漿孔及井筒的涌水量,并與井筒實(shí)際涌水量進(jìn)行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者數(shù)據(jù)較為吻合,說明依據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果建立數(shù)值模型進(jìn)行涌水量預(yù)測是可行的。
[Abstract]:The typical pore sandstone in Ningdong area was selected and four grouting tests were carried out with chemical slurry tracer of different colors, and the relationship between the diffusion of slurry in pores, filling law and grouting times and permeability coefficient and porosity of injected strata was revealed. It is found that the filling situation of each chemical grouting slurry is obviously different, the first grouting slurry has more uniform filling in the whole rock sample, and the subsequent grouting slurry shows the phenomenon of accumulation and filling in some areas. With the increase of grouting times, the permeability coefficient of rock samples decreases, the pore filling rate increases, the permeability coefficient, the relationship between pore filling rate and grouting times can be fitted by power function and logarithmic function, respectively. After four times of grouting, the permeability coefficient of rock samples is reduced by 97%, which indicates that multiple grouting has a good effect on reducing seepage. According to the test results, the numerical calculation model is established, and the water inflow of grouting hole and wellbore under different grouting times and different excavation conditions is predicted, and compared with the actual water inflow of wellbore, it is found that the two data are in good agreement with each other, which shows that it is feasible to establish a numerical model to predict the water inflow according to the test results.
