PKPM軟件在砌體結(jié)構(gòu)中鑒定加固處理應(yīng)用的研究

【摘要】:在二十一世紀(jì),已有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的維修、加固行業(yè)成為最受歡迎的行業(yè)之一。在現(xiàn)代技術(shù)發(fā)展和維修改造需求的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,已有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性鑒定和加固改造技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為一門(mén)新的學(xué)科,并已經(jīng)逐漸形成發(fā)展起來(lái)。砌體結(jié)構(gòu)作為一種古老的建筑形式,在房屋建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。但是由于砌體結(jié)構(gòu)材料的脆性特點(diǎn),使其抗剪、抗拉和抗彎強(qiáng)度都很低,而且磚砌體結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)較早,許多建筑物在設(shè)計(jì)初期僅考慮重力荷載,沒(méi)有考慮地震作用,在我國(guó)這個(gè)多震的國(guó)家,砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震抗壓加固顯得特別重要。本文結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,對(duì)已有砌體結(jié)構(gòu)承重墻體的可靠性鑒定和加固技術(shù)進(jìn)行了較為深入的分析和系統(tǒng)的理論探究。主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容有: 1.概括性的論述了國(guó)內(nèi)外鑒定加固行業(yè)的發(fā)展;明確了在役建筑結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評(píng)估和加固的目的;介紹了建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段,明確了我國(guó)當(dāng)下建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的方向及開(kāi)展結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性評(píng)估和加固技術(shù)研究的必要性和意義。 2.簡(jiǎn)明介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性鑒定理論的基本知識(shí),詳細(xì)論述了已有建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性鑒定的目的、方法和步驟,結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件的評(píng)級(jí)原則和可靠性鑒定的層次等。 3.簡(jiǎn)明的介紹了建筑結(jié)構(gòu)加固的基本原則,加固后構(gòu)件的受力特征及加固的基本方法。 4.論述了砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的鑒定原則及其加固的原因。詳細(xì)介紹了砌體結(jié)構(gòu)常用的加固方法,對(duì)鋼筋混凝土板墻加固、水泥灌漿法、扶壁柱加固、鋼筋網(wǎng)水泥砂漿加固、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造性加固及各加固方法的特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的探討。 5.采用PKPM軟件,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例對(duì)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行鑒定和加固設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)的分析了鑒定的過(guò)程,并對(duì)房屋進(jìn)行抗震性能分析,根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果分析結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn),選擇合理的加固方案,最終給出抗震加固的設(shè)計(jì)和施工參考。 在我國(guó)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用面很廣,因此展開(kāi)本課題研究的市場(chǎng)和前景十分廣泛,具有切實(shí)可行的產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)化途徑。已有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性鑒定和加固技術(shù)這一研究領(lǐng)域綜合性較強(qiáng),更因涉及多個(gè)學(xué)科,因此研究難度較大。本文對(duì)這一課題的研究?jī)H僅是初步探討,隨著對(duì)其相關(guān)理論研究的深入和市場(chǎng)需求的擴(kuò)大、工程應(yīng)用的推廣,這一課題必將得到長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, there are building structure maintenance, reinforcement industry has become one of the most popular industries. Driven by the development of modern technology and the demand of maintenance and transformation, the reliability identification and reinforcement and transformation technology of building structures has become a new subject, and has gradually formed and developed. Masonry structure, as an ancient architectural form, has been widely used in building structures. However, due to the brittleness of masonry structure material, its shear, tensile and bending strength is very low, and brick masonry structure appears earlier. Many buildings only consider gravity load at the beginning of design, but do not consider seismic action. In China, the seismic and compressive reinforcement of masonry structures is particularly important. In this paper, the reliability evaluation and reinforcement technology of load-bearing wall of masonry structure are deeply analyzed and systematically discussed with an engineering example. The main research contents are as follows: 1. This paper briefly discusses the development of appraisal and reinforcement industry at home and abroad, and clarifies the purpose of reliability evaluation and reinforcement of in-service building structure.
