堿渣和粉煤灰液相混合制取工程土的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:堿渣是氨堿法生產(chǎn)純堿的過程中產(chǎn)生的工業(yè)廢料。將堿渣與粉煤灰等其他的原料按照一定的比例拌合而成的混合料,稱為堿渣土。堿渣的大量堆積和污染嚴(yán)重地阻礙了純堿生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)堿渣的治理與利用已經(jīng)成為迫在眉睫的問題。本文通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)與野外試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的技術(shù)手段,利用吹填的方式,將堿渣與粉煤灰等混合制取工程土,用于工程填墊起到了大量利用堿渣的目的。 本文主要介紹了堿渣的研究現(xiàn)狀、生成過程、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì),并分析了粉煤灰對(duì)堿渣土的強(qiáng)度提高機(jī)理。 本文通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)確定了堿渣和粉煤灰的最優(yōu)配合比,主要做了最優(yōu)配合比堿渣土的物理指標(biāo)試驗(yàn)、擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)、壓縮試驗(yàn)、抗剪強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、滲透試驗(yàn)及室內(nèi)模擬混合漿液沉淀均勻性試驗(yàn),由此確定了堿渣土作為工程土的可能性,,并得出了堿渣土作為回填土?xí)r的各種參數(shù)。 室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)的研究結(jié)果表明堿渣土可作為一般工程土使用。選取堿渣土的最優(yōu)配合比進(jìn)行野外吹填試驗(yàn),并對(duì)吹填后經(jīng)滲漏和晾曬的工程土進(jìn)行密實(shí)度、承載力及均勻性檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明堿渣土能夠滿足一般工程的要求。 本文對(duì)堿渣土野外吹填的工藝流程及后期的強(qiáng)度、密實(shí)度及均勻性等進(jìn)行了深入系統(tǒng)的研究,推薦了一種簡(jiǎn)便實(shí)用填筑方法,促進(jìn)了堿渣的資源化利用,減少了環(huán)境的污染,有益于當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)快速高效的發(fā)展。 本試驗(yàn)研究具有以下特點(diǎn): (1)提出了吹填法解決堿渣問題的新工藝。 (2)通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)確定了堿渣土的最優(yōu)配合比,即堿渣與粉煤灰的比例為7:3。 (3)利用觸探試驗(yàn)對(duì)野外吹填效果進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度、密實(shí)度及均勻性檢測(cè),簡(jiǎn)便可行。
[Abstract]:Alkali slag is an industrial waste produced in the process of producing soda by ammonia-alkali process. The mixture of alkali slag and fly ash and other raw materials in a certain proportion is called alkali slag soil. The accumulation and pollution of alkali slag seriously hinder the development of soda production enterprises. Therefore, the treatment and utilization of alkali slag has become an urgent problem. In this paper, through the combination of laboratory test and field test, alkali slag and fly ash are mixed to produce engineering soil by means of blowing filling, which has been used in engineering filling pad to make a lot of use of alkali slag. In this paper, the research status, formation process, microstructure and physicochemical properties of alkali slag are introduced, and the mechanism of improving the strength of alkali slag soil by fly ash is analyzed. In this paper, the optimal mixture ratio of alkali slag and fly ash is determined by laboratory test, and the physical index test, compaction test, compression test, shear strength test and unconfined compressive strength test of alkali slag soil are mainly carried out. The possibility of alkali slag soil as engineering soil is determined by infiltration test and laboratory simulation mixed slurry precipitation uniformity test, and various parameters of alkali slag soil as backfill are obtained. The results of laboratory test show that alkali slag soil can be used as general engineering soil. The optimal mix ratio of alkali slag soil was selected to carry out field filling test, and the compactness, bearing capacity and uniformity of the engineering soil after leakage and drying were tested. The results show that the alkali slag soil can meet the requirements of general engineering. In this paper, the technological process, strength, compactness and uniformity of alkali slag soil in the field are studied deeply and systematically, and a simple and practical filling method is recommended, which promotes the utilization of alkali slag resources and reduces the pollution of the environment. It is beneficial to the rapid and efficient development of the local economy. The experimental study has the following characteristics: (1) A new process for solving alkali slag problem by blowing filling method is put forward. (2) the optimal mixture ratio of alkali slag soil is determined by laboratory test, that is, the ratio of alkali slag to fly ash is 7 鈮
