590 MPa建筑用低屈強(qiáng)比耐火鋼的研制

【摘要】:通過加入微合金元素并與控軋控冷工藝相結(jié)合,開發(fā)出590 MPa建筑用低屈強(qiáng)比耐火鋼。結(jié)果表明,該鋼種屈服強(qiáng)度大于460 MPa,抗拉強(qiáng)度大于590 MPa,屈強(qiáng)比小于0.8,600℃的屈服強(qiáng)度大于室溫的2/3,能滿足590 MPa級(jí)建筑用低屈強(qiáng)比耐火鋼的力學(xué)性能要求。
