【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化速度的加劇，深圳市老齡人口呈現(xiàn)出“爆發(fā)式”增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)，導(dǎo)致深圳市目前各類(lèi)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施非常緊張。社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老是在我國(guó)養(yǎng)老機(jī)制改革后大力提倡的養(yǎng)老模式，充分緩解了國(guó)有養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)和家庭養(yǎng)老的壓力。社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心是社區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的重要組成部分，主要為老年人中的弱勢(shì)群體即白天缺乏照顧的高齡老人和半失能老人提供日間照料服務(wù)，社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心在我國(guó)各城市尚處于推廣階段，具有迫切的使用需求和較高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。 論文通過(guò)對(duì)深圳市社區(qū)老年人及養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研，在深圳市老年人口和社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)的特性基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合現(xiàn)有規(guī)范和國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，研究了適用于深圳的社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心的規(guī)劃及建筑設(shè)計(jì)方法，對(duì)我國(guó)社區(qū)級(jí)小型養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了探討和補(bǔ)充。 首先解析了我國(guó)高齡老年人的照料模式和社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心的相關(guān)問(wèn)題，明確了社區(qū)照料模式發(fā)展的新方向以及我國(guó)社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心的社會(huì)功能和現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題。然后通過(guò)對(duì)深圳市老年人、社區(qū)及養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀的相關(guān)調(diào)研，總結(jié)了深圳市老年人口及社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性。再結(jié)合對(duì)現(xiàn)有規(guī)范以及美國(guó)、日本、香港等地的案例研究，總結(jié)了深圳市社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心的功能配置、規(guī)模推算及規(guī)劃布局要點(diǎn)，包括對(duì)設(shè)施的功能空間進(jìn)行了分類(lèi)歸納，對(duì)設(shè)施的布局規(guī)模和單體規(guī)模進(jìn)行了推算，并針對(duì)深圳當(dāng)前城區(qū)的建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行了舉例說(shuō)明。最后，將前文的研究結(jié)論進(jìn)一步落實(shí)到了建筑層面，探討了深圳市社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心的建筑設(shè)計(jì)的方法，其中主要包括了總平面設(shè)計(jì)、建筑平面功能組織、重點(diǎn)空間設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)以及室內(nèi)外空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)等方面。 論文將國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與深圳市具體實(shí)際相結(jié)合，分析了深圳市的特殊性和國(guó)內(nèi)外的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，確定了以社區(qū)為老年人日間照料中心的基本單位，為深圳市該設(shè)施的規(guī)劃布局和建筑設(shè)計(jì)提供了指導(dǎo)，服務(wù)于有日間照料需求的社區(qū)老年人，，促進(jìn)深圳市社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的健康發(fā)展，同時(shí)也為我國(guó)其它城市的相關(guān)建設(shè)提供了參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the aging rate of the population, the elderly population in Shenzhen shows an "explosive" growth trend, which leads to the tension of all kinds of pension facilities in Shenzhen at present. Community home pension is a kind of pension mode advocated after the reform of pension mechanism in our country, which fully alleviates the pressure of state-owned pension institutions and families to provide for the aged. Community day care centres for the elderly are an important part of community pension facilities, providing day care services mainly for vulnerable groups among the elderly, namely, the elderly who lack care during the day and the semi-disabled, The community day care center for the elderly is still in the popularization stage in various cities of our country, which has urgent demand for use and high research value. Based on the investigation of the present situation of the elderly and the elderly in Shenzhen, and on the basis of the characteristics of the elderly population and community structure in Shenzhen, combined with the existing norms and advanced experience at home and abroad, This paper studies the planning and architectural design method of the community elderly care center suitable for Shenzhen, and probes into and complements the design of the small pension facilities at the community level in China. Firstly, this paper analyzes the care mode of the elderly in China and the related problems of the day care center for the elderly in the community, and clarifies the new direction of the development of the community care model and the social function and present situation of the day care center for the elderly in the community of our country. Then through the investigation of the elderly, community and old-age situation in Shenzhen, this paper summarizes the particularity of the elderly population and community structure in Shenzhen. Combined with the existing norms and case studies in the United States, Japan, Hong Kong and other places, this paper summarizes the functional allocation, scale calculation and planning and layout of community day care centers for the elderly in Shenzhen. Including the classification and induction of the functional space of the facility, the layout scale and single size of the facility are calculated, and an example is given to illustrate the construction of the current urban area in Shenzhen. Finally, the previous research conclusions are further implemented to the architectural level, and the architectural design methods of community day care centers for the elderly in Shenzhen are discussed, including the general plane design and the functional organization of the building plane. Focus on the key points of space design and indoor and outdoor space environment design and so on. Combining the national standard with the concrete reality of Shenzhen, this paper analyzes the particularity of Shenzhen and the construction experience at home and abroad, and determines the community as the basic unit of the day care center for the elderly. It provides guidance for the planning, layout and architectural design of the facility in Shenzhen, serves the elderly in the community with daily care needs, and promotes the healthy development of community home pension services in Shenzhen. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the related construction of other cities in China.
