鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點的BIM技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:長期以來,信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)為制造業(yè)、電子業(yè)等行業(yè)帶來了翻天覆地的變化,然而建筑業(yè)的信息化發(fā)展仍然十分滯后,資源浪費嚴(yán)重。這種情況下,建筑信息模型((Building Information Modeling,簡稱BIM)技術(shù)應(yīng)運而生。隨著各大軟件公司的大力宣傳,以及在越來越多工程中的實際應(yīng)用,BIM技術(shù)逐漸深入人心,已經(jīng)成為全球建筑行業(yè)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢。 當(dāng)前結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計專業(yè)在應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)方面,面臨的主要問題有物理模型與分析模型之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)換,以及物理模型的細節(jié)化表達(如混凝土的配筋、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點連接等細節(jié))。本文結(jié)合紹興縣體育中心體育場、體育館和500米口徑射電望遠鏡索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)三個工程實例,對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點的BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用展開研究,主要內(nèi)容共分五章,,分列如下: (1)簡述了BIM的基本概念和技術(shù)特點,介紹了參數(shù)化建模技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及在BIM中的應(yīng)用,對目前全球所主要采用BIM平臺軟件進行了詳細的介紹和對比。 (2)對本文采用的平臺軟件CATIA所提供的參數(shù)化建模技術(shù)以及二次開發(fā)技術(shù)進行了詳細介紹。 (3)結(jié)合紹興縣體育中心體育場、體育館兩個工程實例,采用以CATIA為基礎(chǔ)開發(fā)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點建模系統(tǒng)的方式,實現(xiàn)了由MIDAS的分析模型信息到鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點實體模型的批量創(chuàng)建。 (4)利用完成的紹興體育場、體育館的節(jié)點模型完成了部分BIM應(yīng)用:搭建完整結(jié)構(gòu)實體模型、二維出圖、碰撞檢測、漫游。 (5)結(jié)合500米口徑射電望遠鏡項目索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點的特點,利用CATIA的參數(shù)化建模及二次開發(fā)技術(shù),采用參數(shù)驅(qū)動建模的方式,實現(xiàn)了索網(wǎng)2000多個節(jié)點的自動化創(chuàng)建。 結(jié)果表明,與采用建模系統(tǒng)的方式相比,參數(shù)驅(qū)動建模方式所需開發(fā)的代碼很少、建模速度更快、文件資源更少。本文結(jié)合實際案例分別通過兩種方式實現(xiàn)了由分析模型到節(jié)點物理模型的快速輸出,達到了預(yù)期的效果,是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)的積極嘗試。
[Abstract]:For a long time, information technology has brought earth-shaking changes to manufacturing, electronics and other industries. However, the information development of construction industry is still very lagging behind, and the waste of resources is serious. In this case, the building information model (Building Information Modeling, (BIM) technology emerges as the times require. With the publicity of major software companies and the practical application in more and more projects, BIM technology is gradually deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and has become the development trend of information technology in the global construction industry. At present, the main problems in the application of BIM technology in structural design specialty are the transformation between physical model and analysis model, and the detailed expression of physical model (such as concrete reinforcement, joint connection of steel structure and so on). Based on three engineering examples of Shaoxing Sports Center Stadium, Gymnasium and 500m caliber radio telescope cable network structure, this paper studies the application of BIM technology in steel structure joints. The main contents are divided into five chapters. The main contents are as follows: (1) the basic concepts and technical characteristics of BIM are briefly described, the development of parametric modeling technology and its application in BIM are introduced, and the main BIM platform software used in the world is introduced and compared in detail. (2) the parametric modeling technology and secondary development technology provided by the platform software CATIA are introduced in detail. (3) combined with two engineering examples of Shaoxing County Sports Center Stadium and gymnasium, the batch creation from MIDAS analysis model information to steel structure node entity model is realized by using CATIA as the basis of developing steel structure node modeling system. (4) some BIM applications are completed by using the node model of Shaoxing Stadium and gymnasium: building a complete structural entity model, two-dimensional drawing, collision detection, roaming. (5) combined with the characteristics of cable network structure nodes of 500m aperture radio telescope project, the automatic creation of more than 2000 nodes of cable network is realized by using the parametric modeling and secondary development technology of CATIA and parameter-driven modeling. The results show that compared with the modeling system, the parameter-driven modeling method needs less code, faster modeling speed and fewer file resources. In this paper, the rapid output from the analysis model to the node physical model is realized by two practical cases, and the expected results are achieved, which is an active attempt to apply BIM technology in steel structure engineering.
