山區(qū)高寒環(huán)境下機制砂高強與高性能混凝土施工成套技術研究

【摘要】:高性能混凝土是一種在大幅度提高普通混凝土性能的基礎上,采用現代混凝土技術制作的新型高技術混凝土,能更好地滿足結構功能和施工工藝的要求,混凝土使用壽命大幅度提高,工程造價降低。針對貴州山區(qū)高寒氣候條件,根據貴州地區(qū)機制砂、工業(yè)摻合料等混凝土原材料特點,以先進混凝土理論為指導,選擇代表性混凝土工程,吸取國內外和行業(yè)內外的先進成熟技術,研究機制砂高性能混凝土配合比設計、配制、施工、養(yǎng)護、過程控制等成套應用技術,并研究其在公路工程中的實際應用,使得貴州地區(qū)公路混凝土工程技術先進,質量、安全可靠,經濟合理,為公路工程的機制砂混凝土工程質量提供技術指導。 首先采用砂漿進行力學性能優(yōu)化試驗,采用水泥漿體進行流動性試驗與流動度損失試驗,提出高性能混凝土配合比具體設計步驟使混凝土獲得預期的高耐久、高流動度、高強等性能。利用黔西到織金段六沖河大橋施工現場原材料,通過優(yōu)化原材料、配制出C60強度等級的機制砂高強高性能混凝土,研究各種參數的變化對混凝土的性能影響規(guī)律,并對其力學性能、耐久性及混凝土的微觀結構進行研究,最終研究得出合適山區(qū)高寒地區(qū)使用的C60機制砂高強高性能混凝土的配合比技術,進而指導工程應用。
[Abstract]:High performance concrete is a new type of high technology concrete made by modern concrete technology on the basis of greatly improving the performance of ordinary concrete, which can better meet the requirements of structural function and construction technology. The service life of concrete is greatly improved and the cost of the project is reduced. According to the high and cold climate conditions in Guizhou mountainous area, according to the characteristics of concrete raw materials such as sand and industrial admixture in Guizhou area, and guided by advanced concrete theory, the representative concrete project is selected. Draw on the advanced mature technology at home and abroad and inside and outside the industry, study the mix proportion design, preparation, construction, maintenance, process control and other complete sets of application technology of mechanism sand high performance concrete, and study its practical application in highway engineering. It makes the highway concrete engineering in Guizhou area advanced in technology, safe and reliable, economical and reasonable, and provides technical guidance for the quality of mechanized sand concrete project in highway engineering. Firstly, the mechanical properties optimization test is carried out by mortar, and the mobility test and mobility loss test are carried out by cement paste. The concrete design steps of high performance concrete mix ratio are put forward to make the concrete obtain the expected high durability and high mobility. High strength and other properties. Based on the raw materials of Liuchong River Bridge from western Guizhou to Zhijin section, the C60 strength grade high strength and high performance concrete was prepared by optimizing the raw materials, and the influence of various parameters on the performance of concrete was studied. The mechanical properties, durability and microstructure of concrete are studied. Finally, the mix proportion technology of C60 high strength and high performance concrete suitable for high strength and high performance concrete used in alpine region of mountainous area is obtained, which can guide the engineering application.
