鉆孔灌注樁載荷試驗(yàn)與承載性能分析

【摘要】:伴隨著高層建筑的發(fā)展,樁基作為建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中基礎(chǔ)的形式之一也得到了快速發(fā)展。因?yàn)榻ㄖ絹碓礁,基底壓力就越來越大,普通的基礎(chǔ)也就滿足不了需要。鉆孔灌注樁作為承受上部荷載的一種基礎(chǔ)型式,具有承載力大、變形小的特點(diǎn),被廣泛地應(yīng)用到高層、超高層建筑中去。因樁的承載力比較高,試驗(yàn)起來就會(huì)比較困難,試驗(yàn)中得到的資料往往不是很完整,因此給樁的承載性能研究帶來了諸多困難。本文以國內(nèi)某工程項(xiàng)目A區(qū)高承載力鉆孔灌注樁為研究對(duì)象,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)、理論分析、有限元模擬相結(jié)合,對(duì)鉆孔灌注樁的承載性能做出了一些研究。具體內(nèi)容為: (1)收集資料與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘探后對(duì)試驗(yàn)樁的試驗(yàn)方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),據(jù)此對(duì)兩根灌注樁進(jìn)行了加載試驗(yàn)。因本工程的試驗(yàn)樁擬兼作工程樁用,所以未加荷至極限,獲得樁的承載力與土層的側(cè)摩阻力為最大值(≤極限值),以此數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了荷載傳遞與側(cè)摩阻力分析研究。 (2)應(yīng)用廣義協(xié)調(diào)法對(duì)樁和土之間的相互作用進(jìn)行分析,,分析的結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)樁測(cè)試結(jié)果吻合較好。 (3)基于試驗(yàn)樁的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),利用ANSYS建立模型,分析了鉆孔灌注樁在荷載作用下樁頂?shù)某两怠吨芡馏w的變形、樁身的軸力以及樁周的側(cè)摩阻力;在其它參數(shù)不變的情況下,分別改變樁徑、樁長、土體變形模量、土體粘聚力和內(nèi)摩擦角等條件對(duì)樁進(jìn)行模擬,檢驗(yàn)這些因素對(duì)樁在承載性能方面的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of high-rise buildings, pile foundation, as one of the foundation forms of building structures, has also been developed rapidly. Because the building is higher and higher, the base pressure is greater and greater, the ordinary foundation can not meet the needs. Bored cast-in-place pile, as a kind of foundation type subjected to upper load, has the characteristics of large bearing capacity and small deformation, and is widely used in high-rise and super-high-rise buildings. Because of the high bearing capacity of the pile, it will be more difficult to test, and the data obtained in the test are often not very complete, so it brings a lot of difficulties to the study of the bearing capacity of the pile. In this paper, the high bearing capacity bored pile in area A of an engineering project in China is taken as the research object, and the bearing capacity of bored cast-in-place pile is studied through field test, theoretical analysis and finite element simulation. The specific contents are as follows: (1) after collecting the data and field exploration, the test scheme of the test pile is designed, and the loading test of two cast-in-place piles is carried out.
