【摘要】：隨著船舶制造業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)面臨的競爭不斷加劇,在《船舶工業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》的指導(dǎo)下,許多船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)實施產(chǎn)業(yè)重組,開展企業(yè)搬遷項目。如何在保證企業(yè)穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展的前提下,建立船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)搬遷項目進度管理模式,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與搬遷兩不誤。因此,在搬遷過程中實施合理的項目進度管理顯得尤為重要。 項目進度管理包含了項目按時完成所必需實施的各項工程。本文以KDN船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)搬遷項目為載體,將理論與實踐有機結(jié)合,首先通過對船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)搬遷項目背景與意義的研究,探討搬遷過程中的搬遷進度控制難點,并從企業(yè)搬遷實際出發(fā),構(gòu)建船用設(shè)備企業(yè)搬遷項目進度管理模式。其次詳細闡述了項目進度管理相關(guān)理論在KDN船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)搬遷項目進度計劃中的運用,最后論述了運用項目進度控制理論對搬遷項目進行監(jiān)測、控制的過程。 本文將項目進度管理理論運用在KDN船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)搬遷項目的進度管理與控制上,對于提高船用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)搬遷項目進度管理水平,具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of marine equipment manufacturing industry, the competition faced by marine equipment manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more intensive. under the guidance of "Shipbuilding Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Planning", many marine equipment manufacturing enterprises carry out industrial restructuring and carry out enterprise relocation projects. On the premise of ensuring the stability and development of the enterprise, how to establish the schedule management mode of the relocation project of the marine equipment manufacturing enterprise, and realize the production and relocation of the enterprise. Therefore, it is particularly important to implement reasonable project schedule management in the process of relocation. Project schedule management includes all the projects necessary for the project to be completed on time. In this paper, the relocation project of KDN marine equipment manufacturing enterprises is taken as the carrier, and the theory and practice are combined organically. Firstly, through the study of the background and significance of the relocation project of marine equipment manufacturing enterprises, the difficulties of relocation progress control in the process of relocation are discussed. According to the reality of enterprise relocation, the schedule management mode of marine equipment enterprise relocation project is constructed. Secondly, it expounds in detail the application of project schedule management theory in the relocation project schedule plan of KDN marine equipment manufacturing enterprises, and finally discusses the process of monitoring and controlling the relocation project by using the project schedule control theory. In this paper, the project schedule management theory is applied to the schedule management and control of the relocation project of KDN marine equipment manufacturing enterprises, which has certain reference significance for improving the progress management level of the relocation project of marine equipment manufacturing enterprises.
