基于綠地空間形態(tài)生成機制的城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:中國的城鎮(zhèn)化進程發(fā)展迅速,目前進入由規(guī)模擴張向質(zhì)量提升的新型城鎮(zhèn)化階段。城鎮(zhèn)化使城市系統(tǒng)復雜化,從而導致綠地系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部要素、結(jié)構(gòu)復雜化,外部與環(huán)境的關系密切化,這一切都為城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃提出了新的要求。 綠地系統(tǒng)是一個開放性系統(tǒng),除了系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部要素之間的相互作用,該系統(tǒng)與外部環(huán)境之間還存在相互影響和相互制約。論文運用比較研究法發(fā)現(xiàn)與分析城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃中存在的問題,提煉城市綠地空間形態(tài)生成影響因素;運用演繹論證法辯證地看待現(xiàn)實與未來的發(fā)展規(guī)律與趨勢,分析綠地系統(tǒng)要素之間的關系以及綠地布局結(jié)構(gòu)與功能之間的關系,探索綠地系統(tǒng)空間形態(tài)發(fā)展過程及生成規(guī)律,提煉出綠地空間形態(tài)生成機制;將協(xié)同學理論應用到綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃之中,探討基于綠地空間形態(tài)生成機制的城市綠地系統(tǒng)協(xié)同布局原理和規(guī)劃方法;通過實踐的檢驗,證明協(xié)同規(guī)劃方法的科學性,同時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,促進研究工作的進一步深化和完善。 本論文研究內(nèi)容與結(jié)果體現(xiàn)在以下4個方面: 1、歸納了城市綠地空間形態(tài)生成影響因子 根據(jù)因子的顯著性、全面性、系統(tǒng)性原則,從眾多的影響城市綠地空間形態(tài)的因子中選擇出主要的綠地空間形態(tài)生成因子,分為基礎性因子、內(nèi)源性驅(qū)動力和外延性引導力3個大類;A性因子包括自然資源和人文資源,它們是構(gòu)成城市綠地的骨架。內(nèi)源性驅(qū)動力包括游憩功能需求、防災避險功能需求、景觀功能需求、生態(tài)功能需求,它們是綠地形成的原動力。外延性引導力包括社會環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境,引導了綠地的發(fā)展方向。 2、揭示了城市綠地空間形態(tài)生成機制 提出了城市綠地系統(tǒng)是一種自組織和他組織復合發(fā)展的過程的觀點,綠地系統(tǒng)在空間形態(tài)生成過程中,既通過自組織機制按自身規(guī)律發(fā)展演化,又通過人為調(diào)控,在外界直接干預下不斷完善。其機制具體表現(xiàn)在3個方面:第一,遵從土地特性的適宜機制。綠地的分布受自然資源和人文資源的影響,起到保護資源的作用。第二,功能機理制約下的自組織機制。綠地在游憩、防災避險、生態(tài)和景觀功能機理制約下,并遵循功能協(xié)同原理,空間形態(tài)發(fā)生自組織現(xiàn)象,系統(tǒng)走向有序結(jié)構(gòu)。第三,外部調(diào)控機制。社會和經(jīng)濟等外部環(huán)境是綠地空間形態(tài)生成的外源性引導力,調(diào)控和引導綠地空間形態(tài)的生成。本研究揭示的綠地空間形態(tài)生成機制,一定程度上屬于填補空白性的工作,對城市綠地規(guī)劃具有科學的指導作用。 3、建立了城市綠地系統(tǒng)功能協(xié)同布局模式 基于綠地在游憩、防災避險、生態(tài)和景觀等各方面的功能協(xié)同作用機制,以多功能協(xié)同為目標,提出了一種能綜合發(fā)揮城市綠地各方面功能、網(wǎng)絡化的綠地系統(tǒng)布局模式。該模式使綠地服務范圍可以覆蓋整個市區(qū),并使區(qū)級以上公園位于綠帶之中,形成良好結(jié)構(gòu),同時能有效避災,發(fā)揮綠地生態(tài)和景觀功能。 4、形成了多方協(xié)調(diào)的綠地系統(tǒng)協(xié)同規(guī)劃方法 運用系統(tǒng)學理論,引入?yún)f(xié)同論觀點,以綠地空間形態(tài)的生成機制為依據(jù),提出機制導向的、系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部功能之間協(xié)同及與外部環(huán)境協(xié)同的綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃理論和方法,是一種創(chuàng)新性的嘗試。并在考慮與現(xiàn)行綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃綱要對接的基礎上,將綠地功能體系分解為現(xiàn)行國標的綠地分類體系,使綠地系統(tǒng)協(xié)同規(guī)劃方法具有可操作性。
