【摘要】：市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是城市的重要組成部分,其研究無(wú)論在深度和廣度上都有了很大的進(jìn)展,但與此同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了許多重要的理論問(wèn)題尚待解決,故仍是目前極其活躍的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域之一。市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)維持城市的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),保障城市的安全,近年來(lái)獲得廣泛的關(guān)注。另一方面,市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的生態(tài)化是城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要體現(xiàn)。通過(guò)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,將市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化整合成為當(dāng)今市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施研究領(lǐng)域里的熱點(diǎn)。因此,將上述兩種方法結(jié)合的市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施生態(tài)化研究成為了一個(gè)新的研究課題,具有重要的理論意義和廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。 渾南新城作為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的節(jié)能城市典范,其中的市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施必須是通過(guò)生態(tài)優(yōu)化有別于傳統(tǒng)形式的。本文通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,分析了新型能源的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了全新的能源系統(tǒng)、水系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化了渾南新城的市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,為城市今后的市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提供了新的思路和新的結(jié)果。主要研究工作如下： ①通過(guò)電能、熱能方面新能源的研究,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)能源系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)于渾南新城的能源系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行生態(tài)優(yōu)化。 ②研究分質(zhì)供水技術(shù)、中水回用技術(shù)、污水和污泥的處理技術(shù)、雨水利用技術(shù),在渾南新城建立水源的循環(huán)使用系統(tǒng)。 ③通過(guò)新能源系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建和水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的建立,以及能源系統(tǒng)與水系統(tǒng)之間的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,使渾南新城市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)成為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的節(jié)能典范。 最后,指出了渾南新城市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施生態(tài)化研究中一些存在的問(wèn)題和發(fā)展方向,并對(duì)接下來(lái)的研究工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Municipal infrastructure is an important part of the city, its research has made great progress in both depth and breadth, but at the same time it has also produced many important theoretical problems to be solved. Therefore, it is still one of the most active subject fields. In recent years, municipal infrastructure system has attracted extensive attention to maintain the operation of the city and ensure the safety of the city. On the other hand, the ecological development of municipal infrastructure is an important embodiment of urban sustainable development. Through the application of new technology, the optimization and integration of municipal infrastructure system has become a hot spot in the field of municipal infrastructure research. Therefore, the ecological study of municipal infrastructure combined with the above two methods has become a new research topic, which has important theoretical significance and broad application prospects. Hunnan New Town as an example of sustainable development of energy-saving cities, the municipal infrastructure must be through ecological optimization is different from the traditional form. This paper studies the existing problems of traditional municipal infrastructure, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of new energy sources, constructs a new energy system, water system, and optimizes the municipal infrastructure of Hunnan New City. It provides a new idea and a new result for the urban infrastructure construction in the future. The main research work is as follows: (1) according to the problems existing in the traditional energy system, the ecological optimization of the energy system in Hunnan Xincheng is carried out through the study of new energy sources in the fields of electric energy and thermal energy. (2) to study the technology of water supply, reuse of reclaimed water, treatment of sewage and sludge, and the use of Rain Water to establish a recycling system of water source in Hunnan New Town. (3) through the construction of new energy system and the establishment of water circulation system, and the system optimization between energy system and water system, the urban infrastructure system of Hunnan Xincheng becomes a model of energy saving for sustainable development. Finally, some existing problems and development directions in the ecological research of municipal infrastructure in Hunnan New City are pointed out, and the future research work is prospected.
