【摘要】：文章圍繞當(dāng)前農(nóng)村空心化現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)廣州市白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)的空心村整治問(wèn)題開(kāi)展實(shí)地調(diào)研，通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷法、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析等定性和定量的方法相結(jié)合的方式，分析白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村現(xiàn)狀以及該鎮(zhèn)空心村整治方式影響問(wèn)題，以調(diào)查問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)提出的理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，得到鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村整治方式影響因素結(jié)論，并簡(jiǎn)要提出該鎮(zhèn)空心村整治建議。 基于以上內(nèi)容，本文分成五個(gè)部分展開(kāi)論述：第一部分，緒論。本部分主要指出文章開(kāi)展研究的背景、意義；綜合論述國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題的研究狀況；指出本文研究方法與思路，并提出本文可能的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分，概念界定與理論基礎(chǔ)。本部分對(duì)空心村、空心村整治以及空心村整治方式的概念明確界定，然后從公眾參與理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、土地優(yōu)化配置理論三個(gè)理論視角簡(jiǎn)要分析空心村整治問(wèn)題。第三部分，白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村現(xiàn)狀、成因及影響。在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，明確白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村現(xiàn)狀；分析該鎮(zhèn)空心村形成機(jī)理與原因；分析該鎮(zhèn)空心村問(wèn)題的影響。第四部分，白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村整治方式影響實(shí)證分析。首先基于文獻(xiàn)提出原址整治與易地整治形式，，只整改空心村和整村改造的范圍，然后提出理論假設(shè)，結(jié)合調(diào)查問(wèn)卷，分析該鎮(zhèn)村民對(duì)空心村整治的認(rèn)知情況；最后，采用相關(guān)分析與回歸分析驗(yàn)證理論假設(shè)。第五部分，白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村整治建議。根據(jù)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及原因，以及該鎮(zhèn)空心村整治方式影響因素，提出該鎮(zhèn)空心村整治的對(duì)策建議。 在以上研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上，文章得出如下結(jié)論： 第一，空置、出租住宅中屬于本村外圍建新宅同時(shí)保留舊宅與到市區(qū)或外地居住保留舊宅兩種情況是鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)空心村的主要表現(xiàn)。第二，鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)村民對(duì)空心村整治改造的意愿很強(qiáng)。第三，村民希望將空心村整治過(guò)程中節(jié)約出來(lái)的土地用于未來(lái)可持續(xù)發(fā)展上。第四，影響該鎮(zhèn)空心村整治方式的因素主要是空心村整治后的利益分配問(wèn)題。第五，影響該鎮(zhèn)空心村整治范圍選擇的因素主要有村民對(duì)空心村整治政策了解情況、空心村整治土地利用、空心村整治獲得政府支持、村民對(duì)空心村整治改造成本的關(guān)注程度、村民對(duì)空心村整治改造后的利益分配問(wèn)題關(guān)注程度、村民對(duì)空心村整治改造后能否重新分得宅基地問(wèn)題關(guān)注程度等六個(gè)因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of rural hollowing, this paper makes a field investigation on the treatment of hollow village in Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, and combines qualitative and quantitative methods such as questionnaire method, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and so on, by means of questionnaire method, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper analyzes the present situation of Zhongluotan Town hollow village in Baiyun District and the influence of the treatment mode of the hollow village in this town. Based on the questionnaire data, the theoretical assumptions put forward are verified, and the conclusion of the influencing factors of the regulation mode of the hollow village in Zhongluotan Town is obtained. And briefly put forward the town hollow village renovation suggestions. Based on the above content, this paper is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction. This part mainly points out the background and significance of the research, comprehensively discusses the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on related issues, points out the research methods and ideas in this paper, and puts forward the possible innovations in this paper. The second part, the definition of the concept and theoretical basis. This part defines the concept of hollow village, hollow village regulation and hollow village regulation, and then analyzes hollow village regulation from three theoretical perspectives: public participation theory, sustainable development theory and land optimal allocation theory. The third part, Baiyun District Zhongluotan Town hollow village status quo, causes and effects. On the basis of field investigation, the present situation of Zhongluotan Town hollow village in Baiyun district is clarified, the formation mechanism and causes of hollow village in this town are analyzed, and the influence of hollow village problem in this town is analyzed. The fourth part, Baiyun District Zhongluotan Town empty Village renovation mode of empirical analysis. Firstly, based on the literature, the paper puts forward the forms of original site renovation and land change renovation, and only modifies the scope of hollow village and whole village transformation, then puts forward the theoretical hypothesis, combined with the investigation questionnaire, analyzes the cognition of this town villager to the hollow village renovation; Finally, correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to verify the theoretical assumptions. The fifth part, Baiyun District Zhong Luotan Town empty Village renovation suggestions. According to the present situation, problems and reasons of the hollow village in Zhongluotan town, as well as the influencing factors of the regulation mode of the hollow village in this town, the countermeasures and suggestions for the renovation of the hollow village in the town are put forward. On the basis of the above research and analysis, the paper draws the following conclusions: first, empty, It is the main performance of Zhongluotan hollow village to keep the old house and the old house to live in the city or out of town in the case of building a new house in the periphery of the village and keeping the old house in the renting house at the same time. Second, Zhongluotan town villagers to hollow village renovation will be very strong. Thirdly, villagers hope to use the land saved during the renovation of hollow village for future sustainable development. Fourthly, the main factors affecting the regulation of hollow village in this town are the distribution of benefits after the hollow village renovation. Fifthly, the factors that affect the selection of regulation scope of hollow village in this town mainly include villagers' understanding of hollow village regulation policy, land use of hollow village regulation, government support for hollow village regulation, and the degree of villagers' attention to the cost of hollow village renovation. The villagers pay close attention to the distribution of interests after the renovation of hollow village, and whether villagers can re-divide the attention degree of homestead after the renovation and transformation of hollow village are the six factors that the villagers pay close attention to after the renovation and transformation of hollow village.
