市政公用工程項(xiàng)目業(yè)主方管理問題研究
[Abstract]:Construction project management is a project from the beginning of the project planning to the completion of the project put into use, through the project planning and project control, so that the goal of the project can be achieved. The management of construction project involves owners, construction units and professional consulting organizations and personnel. It runs through the stages of pre-project, design, bidding, construction, transfer of construction and completion, operation and so on. According to the work nature and organizational characteristics of different participants in the construction project, the project management can be divided into the project management of the owner, the project management of the designer, the project management of the construction project, the project management of the supplier, and so on. Because the owner is the total integrator of human resource, material resource and knowledge in the engineering project production engineering, it is also the general organizer of the engineering project production engineering, so for a project, the owner's project management is the core of the management. The main characteristic of the owner management of municipal utility project is to organize and coordinate and integrate the whole process of the project. By summarizing and systematizing the special knowledge, skills and existing problems of owner management of municipal utility projects in China, this paper sets up the project management system of owner of municipal public works projects. Through the comparative study of the municipal public works project management implemented in Huadu District, the whole project of the project management is decomposed in detail, and the operation list of each stage of the project process is made clear. To the owner to carry on the project management to provide the overall guidance. This is of great significance to the establishment of the project management system with Chinese characteristics and to the construction of the project management knowledge elements in line with the local culture.
