【摘要】：鄭州中牟汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)是河南省重要的汽車制造基地,全省一半的整車制造企業(yè)落戶于此。物流業(yè)作為典型的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的支撐服務(wù)效應(yīng)毋庸置疑。在鄭州中牟汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)周邊發(fā)展現(xiàn)代汽車物流產(chǎn)業(yè),建設(shè)致力于汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈與物流供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)動發(fā)展的汽車物流園區(qū),時機已經(jīng)成熟。 首先,本文從中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設(shè)、汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)及物流產(chǎn)業(yè)角度,介紹了鄭州中牟汽車物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃背景、目的和意義；其次,分析了園區(qū)周邊社會經(jīng)濟水平、汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)及汽車物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及所存在問題,總結(jié)了園區(qū)汽車物流需求狀況,提出了園區(qū)建設(shè)的必要性；再次,提出了園區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略定位,制定了園區(qū)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,分析了園區(qū)發(fā)展階段目標(biāo)和發(fā)展重點；接著,根據(jù)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,結(jié)合園區(qū)建設(shè)的實際情況,分別從園區(qū)選址、建設(shè)用地、服務(wù)功能、信息系統(tǒng)、功能區(qū)、平面布置、道路及交通七個方面對園區(qū)進(jìn)行了主體規(guī)劃；最后,根據(jù)園區(qū)的主體規(guī)劃,結(jié)合園區(qū)建設(shè)運營的實際情況,從建設(shè)模式、運營模式、招商及籌融資三個方面對園區(qū)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Zhengzhou Zhongmou Automobile Industry agglomeration area is an important automobile manufacturing base in Henan Province, where half of the whole province's vehicle manufacturing enterprises are located. As a typical producer service industry, the logistics industry has no doubt about its supporting service effect to the automobile industry. The time is ripe to develop modern automobile logistics industry around Zhengzhou Zhongmou automobile industry gathering area and build automobile logistics park which is devoted to the linkage development of automobile industry chain and logistics supply chain. Firstly, this paper introduces the planning background, purpose and significance of Zhengzhou Zhongmou Automobile Logistics Park from the perspective of the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone, automobile industry and logistics industry. Secondly, the paper analyzes the social and economic level around the park, the current situation of automobile industry and automobile logistics development and the existing problems, summarizes the demand situation of automobile logistics in the park, and puts forward the necessity of the construction of the park. Thirdly, it puts forward the strategic orientation of the park, formulates the strategic plan of the overall development of the park, and analyzes the objectives and key points of the development stage of the park. Then, according to the strategic planning of the park development, combined with the actual situation of the park construction, from the park site selection, construction land, service functions, information systems, functional areas, layout, The main planning of the park is carried out in seven aspects: road and traffic; Finally, according to the planning of the main body of the park, combined with the actual situation of the construction and operation of the park, the park is planned from three aspects: construction mode, operation mode, investment invitation and financing.
