【摘要】："項(xiàng)目"在人類社會(huì)中已經(jīng)存在很長時(shí)間了。伴隨著人類社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的提高,人們對(duì)一些工程的質(zhì)量、實(shí)現(xiàn)方式等都提出了新的要求與期望,而當(dāng)同時(shí)期的社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力可以滿足這些要求與期望時(shí),便產(chǎn)生了工程項(xiàng)目。所以項(xiàng)目管理是具有悠久歷史的人們改造自然界的,系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)與實(shí)踐行為與過程。近年來,隨著高等教育改革的不斷發(fā)展,學(xué)生毛入學(xué)率的增長,推動(dòng)了大學(xué)城建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,許多高校通過整合、新校區(qū)置換獲得了新的發(fā)展,迸發(fā)出勃勃生機(jī),伴隨而來的是學(xué)生規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,學(xué)生宿舍樓的供給已出現(xiàn)失衡,各個(gè)高校紛紛進(jìn)行學(xué)生宿舍樓的建筑工程,SG十一號(hào)宿舍樓就是其中的一項(xiàng)工程。任何一個(gè)項(xiàng)目總承包都是一個(gè)非常系統(tǒng)的工程,影響進(jìn)度有多個(gè)方面的因素,必須要有自己的一個(gè)完整的體系來保障工程的順利完成,要用科學(xué)的系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確的方法來對(duì)工程進(jìn)行分析,合理安排,控制進(jìn)度。在檢查施工實(shí)際進(jìn)度情況時(shí),將其與計(jì)劃進(jìn)度及時(shí)進(jìn)行比較,若有偏差的情況出現(xiàn),及時(shí)分析是什么原因造成的,對(duì)該項(xiàng)工期有多大程度的影響,做出調(diào)整,不斷的對(duì)原計(jì)劃進(jìn)行修改調(diào)整,如此循環(huán),到工程全部完工。本文以項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)SG十一號(hào)宿舍樓建筑工程項(xiàng)目的具體情況,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案、設(shè)備規(guī)模、工程實(shí)施方案、組織管理和人力資源配置等方面進(jìn)行全面分析,以進(jìn)度控制作為主要著眼點(diǎn),對(duì)SG十一號(hào)宿舍樓建筑工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行深入的研究和分析,找出影響建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的關(guān)鍵因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上制訂出詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,根據(jù)計(jì)劃組織有節(jié)奏、均衡、連續(xù)的施工,在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確把握項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際進(jìn)展情況,對(duì)施工計(jì)劃不斷進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)控制和優(yōu)化,合理調(diào)配各類資源以解決施工過程中出現(xiàn)的具體問題,達(dá)到了有效控制工期、降低施工成本、保證施工質(zhì)量的目的。
[Abstract]:The project has existed for a long time in human society. With the progress of human society and the improvement of social productivity, people put forward new requirements and expectations for the quality of some projects, the way of realization, and so on. But when the social productive forces of the same period can meet these requirements and expectations, The project came into being. So project management has a long history of people to transform nature, systematic production and practice of the behavior and process. In recent years, with the continuous development of higher education reform and the growth of students' gross enrolment ratio, the construction of university towns has been promoted. Many colleges and universities have gained new development through integration and the replacement of new campuses. Along with the expansion of student scale, the supply of student dormitory building has been unbalanced. Various colleges and universities have carried on the construction project of student dormitory building, SG11 is one of the projects. The general contracting of any project is a very systematic project, and there are many factors affecting the progress of the project. We must have a complete system of our own to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Scientific and systematic methods should be used to analyze, arrange and control the progress of the project. In checking the actual progress of the construction, it will be compared with the planned progress in a timely manner, if there is a deviation, timely analysis of the causes, to the extent of the impact of the time limit, to make adjustments, Continue to modify and adjust the original plan, so that the cycle, until the full completion of the project. Based on the relevant knowledge of project management, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the design scheme, equipment scale, project implementation scheme, organization management and human resources allocation, in view of the specific situation of the construction project of SG11 dormitory building. Taking schedule control as the main focus, this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis on the construction project of SG11 dormitory building, finds out the key factors affecting the progress of the construction project, and on this basis, draws up a detailed project schedule plan. According to the plan to organize rhythmic, balanced, continuous construction, timely and accurate grasp of the actual progress of the project during the implementation of the project, the construction plan is constantly under dynamic control and optimization. The reasonable allocation of all kinds of resources to solve the concrete problems in the construction process has achieved the purpose of effectively controlling the construction period, reducing the construction cost and ensuring the construction quality.
