【摘要】：城市風(fēng)貌作為城市的第一感知因素,往往予人以直觀而深刻的印象,并間接反映出一個(gè)城市的內(nèi)涵與積淀。在文化全球化、城市競爭論的多重作用下,城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃自上世紀(jì)80年代開始步入我國規(guī)劃研究視野。本世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加速和提質(zhì)要求,作為城市建設(shè)高級階段的風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的重要性日益凸顯,并在國內(nèi)城市中獲得大量實(shí)踐平臺。但是,隨著風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃編制、實(shí)施的研究深入,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)其實(shí)效性與預(yù)期存在一定的差距�；诂F(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐中的反思與困惑,論文擬借助自組織理論的方法指導(dǎo),通過對代表性實(shí)踐案例的評估分析,尋求城市風(fēng)貌形成的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并明晰作為“他組織”手段的城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃編制與管理的后續(xù)優(yōu)化方向,為我國城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃研究的理論豐富和實(shí)踐探索提供一種思路。論文的研究目標(biāo)為:針對當(dāng)前城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃操作失效的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,通過實(shí)踐案例的評估分析,對城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的編制和管理提出優(yōu)化建議。城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃部分失效的原因在于:城市風(fēng)貌不是單純的物質(zhì)空間形態(tài),其形成遵循一定的發(fā)展規(guī)律與演化機(jī)制。城市風(fēng)貌形成過程中的隱性作用力是城市風(fēng)貌的自組織系統(tǒng),影響并決定城市風(fēng)貌的走向。因此,論文提出對城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的研究應(yīng)當(dāng)辨析其中的自組織和他組織作用機(jī)制,并以他組織與自組織契合為目的,優(yōu)化城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃。論文以實(shí)踐困惑為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),以自組織理論和評估方法指導(dǎo)下的實(shí)踐剖析為解惑過程,以規(guī)劃優(yōu)化提升建議為最終目標(biāo),通過多層次模糊灰關(guān)聯(lián)聚類分析綜合評估模型對3個(gè)代表性案例樣本問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析計(jì)算,推演城市風(fēng)貌的自組織運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并在尊重城市風(fēng)貌自組織性的基礎(chǔ)上,提出城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的優(yōu)化策略、優(yōu)化重點(diǎn)以及案例的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。其中,優(yōu)化策略認(rèn)為城市風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃應(yīng)當(dāng)在城市主題的指導(dǎo)下,利用正反饋機(jī)制激勵(lì)城市風(fēng)貌結(jié)構(gòu)的自適應(yīng)性生成,引入序參量促進(jìn)城市風(fēng)貌要素的演進(jìn),并以整體性協(xié)調(diào)演進(jìn)為干預(yù)決策的宗旨。針對當(dāng)前風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的優(yōu)化重點(diǎn)在于研究框架進(jìn)行雙向延伸、研究內(nèi)容的層次和指向性根據(jù)耦合自組織的原則進(jìn)行優(yōu)化、實(shí)施過程全程植入規(guī)劃評估等。最后,結(jié)合滄州風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃的案例對上述優(yōu)化研究進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:As the first perceptual factor of a city, urban style and appearance often give people an intuitive and profound impression, and indirectly reflect the connotation and accumulation of a city. Under the multi-function of cultural globalization and urban competition theory, urban landscape planning has stepped into the field of planning research in our country since the eighties of last century. Since the beginning of this century, with the acceleration and quality improvement of urbanization in China, the importance of landscape planning in the advanced stage of urban construction has become increasingly prominent, and a large number of practical platforms have been obtained in domestic cities. However, with the development of style planning and in-depth research, it can be found that there is a certain gap between actual effect and expectation. Based on the reflection and confusion in practical practice, the paper intends to seek the operating mechanism of the formation of urban style by means of self-organization theory and through the evaluation and analysis of representative practice cases. It also clarifies the follow-up optimization direction of urban style planning and management as a means of "other organization", and provides a train of thought for the theoretical enrichment and practical exploration of urban landscape planning research in China. The research goal of this paper is as follows: aiming at the realistic problem of the operational failure of urban style planning, through the evaluation and analysis of practical cases, the paper puts forward some optimization suggestions on the compilation and management of urban style planning. The reason for the failure of urban style planning is that the urban style and appearance is not a simple material space form, and its formation follows a certain law of development and evolution mechanism. The recessive force in the formation of urban style is the self-organizing system of urban style, which influences and determines the trend of urban style. Therefore, the paper puts forward that the study of urban style planning should differentiate the mechanism of self-organization and other organization, and optimize the urban style planning with the purpose of combining other organization and self-organization. Taking practical confusion as the starting point of the research, taking the practical analysis under the guidance of the self-organization theory and the evaluation method as the solution process, and taking the plan optimization promotion suggestion as the final goal, Based on the comprehensive evaluation model of multi-level fuzzy grey relational cluster analysis and the analysis and calculation of the questionnaire data of three representative case samples, this paper deduces the self-organizing operation mechanism of urban features, and on the basis of respecting the self-organizing of urban features, Put forward the optimization strategy of urban landscape planning, optimization emphasis and practical application of the case. The optimization strategy suggests that the urban style planning should use positive feedback mechanism to stimulate the self-adaptive generation of urban style structure under the guidance of urban theme and introduce the order parameter to promote the evolution of urban style elements. And take the integrity coordinated evolution as the intervention decision-making purpose. The focus of optimization for current style planning is to extend the research framework in two directions. The level and directionality of the research content are optimized according to the principle of coupling self-organization, and the whole process of implementation is integrated into the planning evaluation and so on. Finally, combined with the case of Cangzhou style planning, the above optimization research is applied in practice.
