混凝土澆筑期施工荷載的統(tǒng)計分析

【摘要】:近年來,國內(nèi)在施工過程中混凝土澆筑期間模板支撐體系倒塌的事故屢見不鮮,對荷載估計不足是事故發(fā)生的主要原因之一,而相關(guān)研究不足。本文以混凝土澆筑期樓面活荷載(包括施工人員荷載、設(shè)備荷載和混凝土荷載)為研究對象,進行荷載調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計,主要工作和結(jié)論如下: (1)對人員體重荷載,在施工現(xiàn)場測量五百多組人員體重,對測量結(jié)果統(tǒng)計分析,得出體重服從正態(tài)分布,給出均值和方差; (2)現(xiàn)場統(tǒng)計設(shè)備荷載,并參考相關(guān)文獻求得最后的荷載值; (3)通過目標立桿的影響面,考慮荷載最不利分布,并根據(jù)等效影響面高度求出在人員荷載及設(shè)備荷載下目標立桿所受荷載的標準值; (4)在43個工地調(diào)研,采集了610個混凝土堆積高度的樣本值,分別采用cos曲面和二維正態(tài)分布曲面擬合澆筑圖形求最優(yōu)分布,并用最優(yōu)分布求出每個測量單元的等效厚度,求等效厚度與設(shè)計厚度的比值,并對比值進行擬合檢驗,得出其服從正態(tài)分布,給出均值和方差,最后給出混凝土荷載的標準值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the accidents of formwork bracing system collapse during the construction process in China are common. The underestimation of load is one of the main causes of the accidents, and the related research is insufficient. In this paper, the living load of concrete floor during pouring period (including construction personnel load, equipment load and concrete load) as the research object, load investigation and statistics, the main work and conclusions are as follows: (1) load on the person weight, The body weight of more than 500 groups of people was measured in the construction site. The statistical analysis of the measurement results showed that the weight clothing was normal distribution and the mean value and variance were given. (2) the load of equipment is counted on the spot, and the final load value is obtained by referring to the relevant documents; (3) through the influence surface of the target shaft, considering the most unfavorable distribution of the load, and according to the equivalent influence surface height, the standard value of the target shaft load under the human load and the equipment load is obtained. (4) based on the investigation of 43 sites, the sample values of 610 concrete stacking heights were collected, and the cos surface and the two-dimensional normal distribution surface were used to fit the pouring figure to obtain the optimal distribution, respectively. The equivalent thickness of each measuring unit is obtained by the optimal distribution, and the ratio of the equivalent thickness to the designed thickness is calculated. The fitting test is carried out by comparing the values, and the normal distribution is obtained, the mean value and the variance are given, and the standard value of concrete load is given.
