帶支錨環(huán)梁基坑支護(hù)體系有限元模擬及受力分析

【摘要】:深基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)中,環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)由于形成空間剛架作用,因此具有整體剛度大,受力性能好,施工方便等特點(diǎn),在實(shí)際工程中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者針對(duì)環(huán)梁支護(hù)也已進(jìn)行了大量的研究,雖然目前環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法還不很完善,但環(huán)梁的基本受力特性和工作性狀已經(jīng)基本被了解,現(xiàn)有的理論基本能夠指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工程的應(yīng)用。而對(duì)于帶支錨的環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)近些年來(lái)雖然已有工程實(shí)例,但對(duì)其缺乏深入的研究,對(duì)其工作性能還不明確。根據(jù)目前深基坑帶支錨環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的工程實(shí)例,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外在該領(lǐng)域已取得的研究成果,采用大型有限元分析軟件MIDAS-GTS對(duì)帶支錨的環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性狀展開(kāi)深入的研究,主要工作如下: 1、總結(jié)了目前環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究和應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀及主要的計(jì)算方法,分析了各種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及存在的問(wèn)題。 2、介紹了論文涉及的有限元理論,土力學(xué)方面的土的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變理論,土的強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則、彈塑性本構(gòu)模型及有限元分析軟件MIDAS-GTS和理正深基坑軟件。 3、采用MIDAS-GTS建立某基坑三維空間有限元模型,分析時(shí)把土體,圍護(hù)樁、支撐和預(yù)應(yīng)力錨索當(dāng)成一個(gè)三維空間體進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析了帶支錨環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力和變形特點(diǎn),另分析比較了錨索預(yù)應(yīng)力大小、支撐剛度和位置等因素對(duì)環(huán)梁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的受力和位移的影響。 4、采用MIDAS-GTS建立某工程實(shí)例整體空間有限元模型進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,將結(jié)果與理正深基坑的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并就兩者計(jì)算結(jié)果的差異進(jìn)行分析,以供以后類(lèi)似工程參考。
[Abstract]:In the deep foundation pit supporting structure, the ring beam support structure has been widely used in practical engineering because of its large stiffness, good mechanical performance and convenient construction because of the formation of space rigid frame. Scholars at home and abroad have also done a lot of research on ring beam support. Although the design and calculation method of ring beam support structure is not perfect at present, the basic mechanical characteristics and working characteristics of ring beam support structure have been basically understood. The existing theories can guide the application of practical engineering. In recent years, though there have been some engineering examples for the ring beam supporting structure with supported anchors, it is lack of deep research and its working performance is not clear. According to the engineering example of deep foundation pit with bolted ring beam support structure at present, combined with the domestic and foreign research results in this field, In this paper, the mechanical properties of ring beam supporting structure with supported anchor are studied by using the finite element analysis software MIDAS-GTS. The main work is as follows: 1. The current research and application of ring beam supporting structure at home and abroad and the main calculation methods are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods and the existing problems are analyzed. 2. The finite element theory, stress and strain theory of soil mechanics, strength criterion of soil, elastic-plastic constitutive model, finite element analysis software MIDAS-GTS and Lizheng deep foundation pit software are introduced. 3. The three-dimensional finite element model of a foundation pit is established by MIDAS-GTS. The soil mass, retaining pile, bracing and prestressed anchor cable are considered as a three-dimensional space body in the analysis, and the characteristics of internal force and deformation of braced bolted ring beam supporting structure are analyzed. In addition, the influence of prestressing force, stiffness and position of anchor cable on the stress and displacement of ring beam supporting structure is analyzed and compared. 4. MIDAS-GTS is used to build the whole space finite element model of a project example to carry on the design calculation, the result is compared with the calculation result of the deep foundation pit of Lizheng, and the difference between the two calculation results is analyzed for the reference of the similar engineering in the future.
