嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)綠色居住環(huán)境建設(shè)框架體系研究
[Abstract]:"the issues of agriculture, rural areas and peasants have always been fundamental issues concerning the overall situation of the work of the Party and the state." The development of villages and towns has become the focus of the national construction and development in the next stage of the "Twelfth five-year Plan". The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the equal exchange of urban and rural elements and the balanced allocation of public resources, to give farmers more property rights and other principles and policies. Strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure and public services, doing a good job in planning the construction of a new socialist countryside, and speeding up the improvement of rural production and living conditions have become the most important work of the whole party. The study on the construction of village and town living environment has become the focus of attention in various disciplines in recent years. However, there are few theoretical studies on the construction of villages and towns in severe cold areas, and there is also a lack of relevant policies and regulations, which lead to blind imitation of cities in the construction of villages and towns. It causes the traditional culture and the special space of the village and town to disappear gradually, destroys the original life production of the village and town residents, and causes a series of social problems. Based on these problems, this paper carried out a study on the framework system of green living environment construction of villages and towns in frigid areas. This paper attempts to study the framework system of green living environment construction of villages and towns in severe cold areas by combining theoretical analysis and case practice, hoping to provide reference and decision basis for the construction of villages and towns today. In this paper, the background of the research, related concepts, research methods and basic research at home and abroad are analyzed, and then the ecological settlement planning, the construction of human settlements in villages and towns is carried out. The research on the construction frame of green villages and towns and the development process of ecological green living environment in villages and towns. In addition, this paper classifies villages and towns in cold regions according to geographical location, and analyzes the characteristics of residential environment according to different types of villages and towns. Then through the typical cases to interpret the living environment of different types of villages and towns, the main problems of the living environment of villages and towns in severe cold areas are analyzed and summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of green construction of village and town living environment in cold area are summarized. Finally, the paper summarizes the factors affecting the construction of green living environment of villages and towns in frigid areas. Through combing and summing up the current situation of living environment of villages and towns in cold areas in actual cases, the construction framework is constructed into the design of seven systems. They are green building system design, green landscape system design, green public utility system design, green public service facility system design, green transportation system design, green soft environment system design and green industry system design. And carries on the system cross part conformity elaboration, has covered each aspect of the village and town residential environment construction. The construction of the framework is aimed at the characteristics of severe cold regions, facing the construction of green living environment at the village and town level, with a tight structure and strong guidance, and the frame system is interconnected with each other. It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of green living environment index system in regional villages and towns in the future. In addition, the implementation and management system are summarized. It provides guidance and basis for the construction of green living environment of villages and towns in cold areas, and provides a theoretical and practical basis for the healthy and sustainable development of the living environment of villages and towns.
