【摘要】：城市住區(qū)的公共空間，對(duì)居民的日常行為及其心理、生理健康有著直接的影響，因此，住區(qū)公共空間的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)越來(lái)越多地受到業(yè)內(nèi)外人士的重視。但實(shí)現(xiàn)中的住區(qū)公共空間并不令人十分滿意，，還存在著諸多這樣或那樣的問(wèn)題，一些人工環(huán)境過(guò)分注重建筑美學(xué)方面的追求，現(xiàn)存的主要問(wèn)題是空間建設(shè)與活動(dòng)需求的脫節(jié)。 本文在這樣的前提下，對(duì)廣州住區(qū)公共空間的構(gòu)成與居民休憩活動(dòng)的特征進(jìn)行研究探索，通過(guò)調(diào)查分析來(lái)闡述公共休憩活動(dòng)空間的現(xiàn)實(shí)使用情況，深入挖掘人的活動(dòng)與公共空間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和相互作用，強(qiáng)化戶外環(huán)境的細(xì)部規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，從而為解決當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題提供有效的解決途徑。 論文首先就住區(qū)人居環(huán)境、住區(qū)公共空間、住區(qū)休憩活動(dòng)等相關(guān)理論概念和研究綜述進(jìn)行探討，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外住區(qū)公共空間發(fā)展進(jìn)行了回顧和梳理。 然后第二章從居住行為和活動(dòng)需求的角度分析住區(qū)公共休憩活動(dòng)，總結(jié)廣州住區(qū)公共休憩活動(dòng)的特征和發(fā)展變化，并且針對(duì)廣州住區(qū)的具體情況對(duì)之進(jìn)行分類。 接著第三章對(duì)廣州住區(qū)公共空間進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)性的認(rèn)識(shí)分析，梳理了廣州住區(qū)公共空間的發(fā)展歷程，總結(jié)出現(xiàn)在廣州住區(qū)公共空間的四個(gè)主要特征，并將廣州住區(qū)公共活動(dòng)空間劃分為公共服務(wù)設(shè)施空間、設(shè)施場(chǎng)地、庭院空間三大類。 隨后在第四章從不同住區(qū)商業(yè)設(shè)施空間和居民公共休憩活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，對(duì)住區(qū)商業(yè)設(shè)施空間的休憩環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，并形成了一些與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的空間設(shè)計(jì)方法建議。第五章對(duì)網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)、籃球場(chǎng)等運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地、住區(qū)游泳池、戶外兒童游戲空間及其設(shè)施的基本情況和特點(diǎn)、空間布局和環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)、居民使用的特征等結(jié)合實(shí)例作了剖析，著重對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題和現(xiàn)象做出了分析思考，并提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化途徑建議。 第六章以駿景花園為主要案例，以調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)住區(qū)庭院空間的各類步憩和停留集聚活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)、活動(dòng)的時(shí)間規(guī)律、空間規(guī)律、主體人群規(guī)律進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，探討居民休憩活動(dòng)與公共空間的使用關(guān)系。 從居民休憩活動(dòng)的模式和特點(diǎn)出發(fā)是本文所做研究的立足點(diǎn)，分析與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的住區(qū)公共空間的使用情況，通過(guò)從中發(fā)現(xiàn)的規(guī)律和問(wèn)題，來(lái)探討廣州住區(qū)公共休憩空間的具體設(shè)計(jì)管理方法和途徑，并形成了一些優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:The public space of urban residential area has a direct influence on the daily behavior, psychology and physical health of the residents. Therefore, the planning and design of the public space in the residential area is paid more and more attention by the people inside and outside the industry. But the public space in the residential area is not very satisfactory, there are still many problems, some artificial environment pays too much attention to the pursuit of architectural aesthetics, the main problem is the disconnection between the space construction and the need for activities. In this paper, the composition of public space and the characteristics of residents' recreational activities in Guangzhou residential area are studied and explored, and the actual use of public recreational activity space is expounded through investigation and analysis. The inner relation and interaction between human activities and public space are deeply explored, and the detailed planning and design of outdoor environment are strengthened, thus providing an effective way to solve the existing problems. Firstly, this paper discusses the related theoretical concepts and research on human settlement environment, residential public space and residential recreation activities, and reviews and combs the development of residential public space at home and abroad. Then the second chapter analyzes the public recreational activities in residential areas from the perspective of residential behavior and activity needs, summarizes the characteristics and development of public recreational activities in Guangzhou residential areas, and classifies them according to the specific conditions of Guangzhou residential areas. Then the third chapter analyzes the basic understanding of Guangzhou residential public space, combs the development of Guangzhou residential public space, summarizes the four main characteristics of Guangzhou residential public space. The public activity space in Guangzhou residential area is divided into three categories: public service facility space, facility site and courtyard space. In the fourth chapter, based on the characteristics of commercial facilities in different residential areas and the characteristics of residents' public recreation activities, this paper analyzes the recreational environment of commercial facilities in residential areas, and forms some corresponding space design methods. The fifth chapter analyzes the basic situation and characteristics of outdoor children's play space and its facilities, spatial layout and environment design, characteristics of residents' use and so on, as well as examples of tennis court, basketball court and other sports venues, swimming pools in residential areas, outdoor children's play spaces and their facilities. The existing problems and phenomena are analyzed and considered, and the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward. The sixth chapter takes the Junjing Garden as the main case, based on the investigation data, compares and analyzes the characteristics, the time, the space, the main body crowd law of all kinds of activities of the residential courtyard space, such as the activity characteristics, the time law, the space law, the main body crowd rule. This paper discusses the relationship between residents' recreational activities and the use of public space. Starting from the pattern and characteristics of residents' recreational activities, this paper makes a foothold for the research, analyzes the use of public space in the corresponding residential areas, and finds out the laws and problems. This paper discusses the concrete design and management methods and approaches of public rest space in Guangzhou residential area, and forms some optimization suggestions.
