【摘要】：隨著宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，建筑業(yè)已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。同時(shí)，信息技術(shù)、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，標(biāo)志著我國已逐步成為信息化強(qiáng)國，，這就為建筑信息化的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展催生了新的領(lǐng)域。當(dāng)前，建設(shè)智慧城市已經(jīng)成為了我國未來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的增長點(diǎn)，而智慧建筑作為建設(shè)智慧城市的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)，能否順利將理念應(yīng)用于實(shí)際，則顯得尤為重要。 本文將結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目，基于國內(nèi)外對(duì)于智慧建筑理念最新研究成果的歸納與總結(jié)，對(duì)智慧建筑的概念，層次結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目，實(shí)施意義進(jìn)行闡述，然后對(duì)于智慧建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)的過程進(jìn)行探討，并最終對(duì)于確保智慧建筑項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行闡述。主要分為五個(gè)部分：一、本論文的研究背景、意義，項(xiàng)目背景的描述；二、對(duì)于智慧建筑項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的理論基礎(chǔ)以及智慧建筑相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡述；三、對(duì)于榮程智慧建筑項(xiàng)目的需求分析；四、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案設(shè)計(jì)的過程闡述，包括基本功能、業(yè)務(wù)功能以及擴(kuò)展功能設(shè)計(jì)；五、結(jié)合自身實(shí)踐，對(duì)于確保智慧建筑項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行闡述。本文的重點(diǎn)在于結(jié)合實(shí)際，闡述智慧建筑項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施方案設(shè)計(jì)過程。 通過研究，本文對(duì)智慧建筑理念進(jìn)行了闡述，同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際工作，探討了如何依照項(xiàng)目需求進(jìn)行合理的方案設(shè)計(jì)的過程。該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施方案設(shè)計(jì)為智慧建筑的實(shí)施以及廣泛推廣提供了有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of macro-economy, the construction industry has become one of the important industries to promote the development of our national economy. At the same time, the development of information technology and information industry indicates that our country has gradually become a powerful country of information technology, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of construction informatization. The development of information technology has given birth to new fields. At present, the construction of intelligent city has become a new growth point in the future economic development of our country. As the basic link of the construction of intelligent city, it is particularly important whether or not the concept can be successfully applied to practice. This article will combine the actual project, based on the domestic and foreign to the wisdom building idea newest research achievement induction and the summary, to the wisdom building concept, the hierarchy structure project, the implementation significance carries on the elaboration, Then the process of intelligent building scheme design is discussed, and finally the key factors to ensure the successful implementation of intelligent building project are expounded. It is mainly divided into five parts: first, the research background, significance and description of the project background; second, the theoretical basis of the implementation of the intelligent building project and the related concepts of the intelligent building. Third, the requirement analysis of Rong Cheng Zhi building project, 4. The process of project implementation scheme design, including basic function, business function and extended function design; Fifth, combined with its own practice, the key factors to ensure the smooth implementation of intelligent building project are expounded. The key point of this paper is to expound the design process of intelligent building project. Through the research, this paper expounds the concept of intelligent building, and discusses how to carry on the reasonable project design process according to the project demand combined with the actual work. The implementation scheme of this project provides valuable reference for the implementation of intelligent building and its wide spread.
