【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)外旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,人們熱衷的旅游模式已經(jīng)從觀賞游覽式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐远燃傩蓍e為主的度假旅游模式,人們對于旅游活動中重要的居住部分提出了更高的要求,而度假別墅作為高端旅游居住產(chǎn)品應(yīng)運而生。針對我國的度假別墅區(qū)實踐發(fā)展狀況,本文以度假別墅區(qū)的主題定位以及別墅花園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計作為研究重點,通過對度假別墅區(qū)與一般居住別墅區(qū)進行對比研究,以及對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)成功案例的深入解析,研究得出度假別墅區(qū)度假主題營建的重要性和一般步驟,總結(jié)了其景觀設(shè)計主要原則,包括獨特性、休閑性和生態(tài)性原則,其中獨特性是度假別墅區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計最重要的原則,還重點研究了度假別墅建筑內(nèi)部空間與造型的設(shè)計特點以及度假別墅花園各景觀要素的設(shè)計要點。希望通過這些原則和設(shè)計要點對實踐進行指導(dǎo),規(guī)劃設(shè)計出充分滿足人們的度假休閑需求的特色度假別墅區(qū),解決現(xiàn)有度假別墅區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計簡單粗糙,盲目復(fù)制照搬,缺乏獨特性、休閑性的問題。本文以研究沙洋金花湖觀光林業(yè)園圃度假別墅區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計為例具體闡述以上總結(jié)的理論觀點。沙洋作為湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)重點縣,境內(nèi)水資源充足,具有豐富良好的自然生態(tài)條件,并且具有大規(guī)模的油菜花景,另外沙洋作為楚文化發(fā)源地之一擁有紀山旅游區(qū)等豐富歷史文化資源,沙洋金花湖觀光林業(yè)園圃作為沙洋現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)情園中一軸六區(qū)的重要節(jié)點之一,除了為周邊城鎮(zhèn)提供苗木,帶動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展以外,林業(yè)觀光園也承載著提供周邊市民度假休閑的作用,園中規(guī)劃設(shè)計一處度假別墅區(qū),此處的度假休閑特色要與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)情園中的潘集水庫水上樂園以及濕地養(yǎng)生園的主要特色有所差別,形成不同特色的產(chǎn)品引力,通過分析其區(qū)域狀況、自然與人文資源以及周邊客源市場等方面確定其設(shè)計定位,沙洋金花湖度假別墅區(qū)是集會議、培訓(xùn)、娛樂、休閑于一體的綜合性度假別墅區(qū)。根據(jù)客源需求以及主題營造創(chuàng)新得到不同的別墅產(chǎn)品類型。結(jié)合基址歷史人文特色與自然特色,以及林業(yè)觀光園中花卉展示的功能,此處的度假別墅區(qū)以本土特色、自然水景、花卉為主題要素進行景觀主題構(gòu)思,并根據(jù)水系與地形特色將基址分為不同的組團進行設(shè)計,賦予不同的組團以不同的設(shè)計主題,在組團整體主題定位的基礎(chǔ)上每棟別墅花園也具有不同的設(shè)計主題。本文從度假別墅區(qū)的定義,主題定位,主題營造,景觀設(shè)計原則以及度假別墅花園的定義、特征、以及具體設(shè)計要點進行研究,并通過沙洋金花湖觀光林業(yè)園圃度假別墅區(qū)的實際規(guī)劃研究對總結(jié)的理論進行論證,同時進一步論述了作者本文的論點。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism both at home and abroad, the popular tourism mode has changed from the sightseeing mode to the holiday tourism mode, and people have put forward higher requirements for the important residential part of the tourism activities. And vacation villa as a high-end tourism residential products came into being. In view of the practice and development of vacation villas in our country, this paper focuses on the theme orientation of vacation villas and the planning and design of villa gardens, and makes a comparative study on vacation villas and ordinary residential villas. As well as the domestic and foreign related success cases in-depth analysis, the research obtains the vacation villa area vacation theme construction importance and the general step, has summarized its landscape design principle, including the uniqueness, the leisure and the ecology principle, The uniqueness is the most important principle in the planning and design of the resort villa area. The design features of the interior space and modeling of the resort villa building and the design essentials of the landscape elements of the garden of the resort villa are also studied. I hope to guide the practice through these principles and design essentials, to plan and design the characteristic vacation villa area which fully meets the people's vacation and leisure needs, to solve the problem of simple and rough planning and design of the existing vacation villa area, and to blindly copy and copy it. In this paper, the author takes the planning and design of the scenic forest garden of Shayang Jinhua Lake as an example to expound the theoretical viewpoint of the above summary. As a key agricultural county in Hubei Province, Shayang has abundant water resources, abundant natural and ecological conditions, and large-scale rape scene. In addition, as one of the birthplaces of Chu culture, Sha Yang has rich historical and cultural resources, such as the Jishan tourist area. As one of the important nodes of one axis and six areas in the Shayang modern agricultural amorous feelings garden, Shayang Jinhua Lake sightseeing forestry garden is one of the most important nodes. In addition to providing seedlings for surrounding towns and promoting economic development, the Forestry Tourism Park is also carrying the role of providing vacation and leisure for the surrounding citizens. The park plans and designs a resort villa area. The holiday and leisure features here should be different from the main features of the Panji Reservoir Water Park and the Wetland Sanitary Park in the modern agricultural amorous feelings garden, and form the product attraction of different characteristics. Through analyzing their regional conditions, Natural and human resources as well as the surrounding tourist market to determine its design positioning, Sha Yangjin Lake resort villa area is a conference, training, entertainment, leisure in one of the comprehensive vacation villa area. According to customer demand and theme building innovation to get different types of villa products. Combined with the historical and natural characteristics of the base site and the functions of the flower display in the forestry sightseeing garden, the resort villas here have local characteristics, natural water features and flowers as the theme elements for the design of the landscape theme. According to the characteristics of water system and topography, the site is divided into different groups to design, giving different groups with different design themes, on the basis of group overall theme positioning, each villa garden also has different design theme. This paper studies the definition, theme orientation, theme construction, landscape design principles and the definition, characteristics and specific design points of the resort villa area, including the definition of the resort villa area, the theme orientation, the landscape design principles and the definition, characteristics and specific design points of the resort villa garden.
