【摘要】：地處南疆邊陲、與大陸隔海相望的�？�，因之得天獨(dú)厚的地理環(huán)境條件，加之自古以來海納百川的開放城市姿態(tài)，令其在近代特殊歷史發(fā)展過程中，曾經(jīng)綻放盛極一時(shí)的絕代風(fēng)華，并由此貽贈(zèng)后世風(fēng)情洋溢的老城區(qū)特色風(fēng)貌。 而其中的近代公共建筑，，就設(shè)計(jì)特色角度看，更不失為極具突出性與代表性的佳作與珍品。 本論文立足風(fēng)貌統(tǒng)一的海口老城區(qū)界定范圍，首先著眼縱觀其歷史沿革與地理變遷的脈絡(luò)，從整體上把握其近代公共建筑形成的先天背景。 同時(shí)，通過親歷現(xiàn)場(chǎng)走街竄巷的深入調(diào)研，從掌握的第一手海口老城區(qū)現(xiàn)狀資料中抽絲剝繭，篩選出最具表征性的五大經(jīng)典案例：老海關(guān)大樓、“八角樓”（現(xiàn)云氏會(huì)館）、“五層樓”（�？诖髲B）、大亞旅店和泰昌隆旅店。 爾后，針對(duì)精選建筑個(gè)案，聯(lián)系時(shí)代政治局勢(shì)的動(dòng)蕩、商貿(mào)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、建筑技術(shù)的進(jìn)步、多元文化的碰撞、以及生活方式的轉(zhuǎn)變等近代急劇變化的各項(xiàng)環(huán)節(jié)逐一解析。在深刻理解其與時(shí)代特殊性休戚相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)上，透過建筑設(shè)計(jì)的視角，歸納與提煉出海口老城區(qū)近代公共建筑善于應(yīng)勢(shì)擇址、融合騎樓、串聯(lián)天井、靈活布局、以及多元紋飾的五大特色。 最后，結(jié)合特殊時(shí)期所孕育的特殊地域氛圍，進(jìn)一步探討該特色表象背后所蘊(yùn)含的豐富文化內(nèi)涵，即本土文化所主導(dǎo)的氣候與地理環(huán)境適應(yīng)性，商貿(mào)文化所主導(dǎo)的城市與建筑空間突破性，以及華僑文化所主導(dǎo)的結(jié)構(gòu)與裝飾審美趨向性。
[Abstract]:The Haikou, located in the southern border of Xinjiang and facing each other from the mainland, is endowed with unique geographical and environmental conditions, coupled with the opening city posture of a hundred rivers since ancient times, making it in the course of the special development of modern history. Once blooming the greatest generation of splendor, and from this imbued with the style of the old city style and style. The modern public buildings, from the point of view of design characteristics, are outstanding and representative works and treasures. Based on the definition range of Haikou's old urban area with unified style and features, this paper first looks at its historical evolution and geographical changes, and grasps the innate background of its modern public building formation as a whole. At the same time, through the in-depth investigation and investigation of the street and lane running on the spot, from the first-hand information on the present situation of Haikou's old urban area, we selected the five most representative classic cases: the old customs building, the "octagonal building" (now the Cloud Guild). Five floors (Haikou Building), Daya Hotel and Taichang long Hotel. Then, in view of the selected architectural cases, the article analyzes the various links of the dramatic changes in modern times, such as the turbulence of the political situation of the times, the development of trade and economy, the progress of construction technology, the collision of multiculturalism and the change of life style. On the basis of the deep understanding of its close relationship with the particularity of the times, through the perspective of architectural design, the modern public buildings in the old urban areas of Haikou are good at choosing the location, merging the garrisons, connecting the patio, and distributing flexibly. And the five major features of multiple patterns. Finally, combined with the special regional atmosphere of the special period, the rich cultural connotation behind the representation of this characteristic is further discussed, that is, the adaptability of climate and geographical environment dominated by local culture. The breakthrough of urban and architectural space and the aesthetic trend of structure and decoration dominated by overseas Chinese culture.
